"I ordered the exact replacement turn signal bulbs for the Buddy 50 plus a pair of replacement rear view mirrors for the same scooter. They came quickly and were packaged well. The mirrors are 8mm reverse thread and fit perfectly besides being a bargain at only $16.99/pr. The bulbs are 12v 10w amber with the BA15S base. If you use the readily available 1156A bulbs you risk depleting your battery prematurely because they are 26.9w. I was skeptical because of some of the review I've seen but that has to be a different company. The fact that there is no phone # is scary but I made a mistake on my first attempt to order and I emailed them requesting it be cancelled. They emailed me right back with a confirmation that it was cancelled and I placed my new order. Very happy with the products and the company."

Ordering my Roketa Bali 150cc was pretty easy. No trouble there. In fact, shortly after placing my order, I received an email from the famous Chad, asking me to prove my location since the shipping and billing address were different. I was refreshed to find a company that was actually concerned about my account being used for fraud. Chad also answered any/all of my questions I had within a day.
After 7 days (Weekend included), my scooter was delivered to my house. The shipping company called me two days in advance to confirm that I would be home for the delivery and called again on delivery day to let me know they were on the way.
The bike was in great condition. I just got it today, so I haven't had time to do a full diagnostic or anything, but all I've seen within the first 30 minutes was a minor blemish or two. "See below for the sorry history of this order. I placed an order with these folks. They call me and say that that it is no longer available at this price but they would honer the price only I would have to pay an additional $41 if I wanted the tire and tube that was supposed to be included. Then when they finally were ready to ship the hub motor they said they mistakenly put the tire and tube on it and would let me have it for only $25 more. I said no thanks. So I get the motor finally but it is poorly packed. The motor was very heavy and was only packed in a single wall box with popcorn. The shaft of the motor had nearly burst through the packing. The shaft was positively jammed and would not rotate. I disassembled the motor and found the shaft was in fact straight and true and it turned out that the rotor had crud on it that was preventing the rotation. After cleaning the crud and running it in I was able to get it to work. This is not my idea of service and I do not like to deal with people who are constantly trying to change the deal. We finally got our parts shipment with your Hub Motor and were about to ship
it when we noticed that they had already installed one of the 3.00-10 tires
and tubes that we also ordered. The 3.00-10 tire is normally $35 and tube
$6, plus shipping. They have been very hard for us to get. And
installation and removal on the rim must be done using special equipment
like at a motorcycle shop or tire center would have. If you need the tire
and tube we can leave them installed and ship as it is rather than remove
them, and we would only charge $25 more. We can send a paypal money request
for credit card payment if you want them. Let us know asap.

They both responded with understandable answers and attached documentation.
We have a new Motor Coach that costs well into the 6 digits and I get far less attention from them than I do from a small scooter Dist/Dealer. Go figure!!!
