"This business is a scam, pure and simple. They say on their website that their lead time is 4-6 weeks, when it is much closer to 4-6 months. They ignore emails, they ignore phone calls. The only chance you have to get your money back is to call your credit card company and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!"

"Last August I bought a Cobra Holster for my Colt Commander from Extreme Concealment Systems. When I received my holster I immediately tested it. It worked perfectly. It has a very smooth draw, and after almost a year my weapon still fits just as snug as the day it arrived. I spoke with their customer service department. They very polite and helped me with my issues. I recommend ECS to all of my friends in the military and the police department and they all love it. "

"What can I say? Amazing! I shopped around with different Kydex manufactures. I was looking for a quality holster within a decent price range. Being in law enforcement prior to the military it was imperative to have quality and reliability together. I also like the element of surprise when toting a concealed weapon, so the amount of print visible through my garments was another big factor. I decided to go with the Hybrid for my Browning HP Practical .40 and the Cobra for my Glock 22 .40. Upon receiving my purchase in the mail I was immediately shocked by the comfort and quality of the finish on the edges. I also noticed that there was effort taken to ensure the holster contoured to the body nicely. I have recommended this company to other service members and my mother even owns one now. I have received nothing but gratification from everyone. ECS proves you don’t get what you pay for, you actually get more than what you pay for going through this company. I am currently getting ready to purchase another holster through them since my new Rock Island Armory CS Tactical .45 does not have a home. I look forwards to seeing what the company has to offer now that there are some new products with more color options available."

"Beware! This company is a rip-off. I had ordered a holster 3 months ago. After inquiring about the status of the delivery, I was told they were moving and would get back to me. Since then they have ignored all emails, all phone calls and will not respond on their facebook page. I have asked for a refund and that also has been ignored. My only other option is to visit them in person and see if they can speak to someone face to face."

"I ordered a holster from them in January and still have not received it. That's no biggy, but I can't get in touch with their Customer Service. Here's the timeline:


* 18th Jan 2013: Placed order on https://extremeconcealment.com. Money was instantly taken from my Credit Card.
* 7th Mar 2013 Emailed Customer Service: ****@**** asking when I should expect my holster
* 8th Mar 2013 Received response thanking me for my patience and stating that my order would be in Production next week for 1 week, then it would be shipped. This email also stated that I would receive email updates at every stage.
* 1st Apr 2013 No email updates received, so I called Customer Service. The recorded voice told me that nobody was available to answer, so I left a voicemail. No response from my voicemail!
* 2nd Apr 2013 Checked my online account at extreme concealment.com - status had changed from 'Processing' to 'Shipped on 3/27'. No Tracking number was provided.
* 7th Apr 2013 Checked my online account to see if a tracking number had been added. None was. I emailed the Support again asking for a Tracking Number. No Response from this email
* 8th Apr 2013 Called Customer Service at 1300hrs Central. There was no option to speak with a human, just 'Press 1 to leave a voicemail', so I left a VM. No Response from this Voicemail
* 9th Apr 2013 (Today) Thinking OK - so I've been 'taken'! decided to check the BBB - this company has an 'F' rating due to unresolved customer complaints. I also checked resellerratings.com and saw this company had a 1 star rating, but to be fair just 2 damning reviews. One of which stating that Customer Service had told him that his holster had been shipped when it hadn't!

I still have not received my holster.

"I placed an order for a kydex holster with this company in December of 2012, after being told their turnaround time was 21 days. At the end of January, I e-mailed them about the status of my order. No reply. Numerous e-mails later, they finally replied, stating that the hold up with my order was with the mag carriers I had also ordered, but that issue had been resolved. My order would ship that week. I gave them a month, thinking that was adequate. Still no product arrived. More unanswered e-mails. Attempts to contact them by phone were met with a pre-recorded message stating I should use e-mails. Finally on March 5th, they said my order was ready and would ship that week. It is now March 28, and no order has arrived, and they will not answer my e-mails about it. At this point, I don't ever expect to receive what I paid for."

"This company is run by people that have no idea how to run a business. All they do is make promises that they cannot keep and lie to their customers.

I submitted an order on 9/17/2012 for a holster and magazine carrier for a Glock 19. A fairly standard order, I would assume. I placed the order with this company due to their lower price and (claimed) fast production time. I had inquired about the production time and was told, “our usual lead time is 7 to 10 days”, which is pretty quick for custom kydex. This lead-time of 7-10 days was a blatant lie. After 7 WEEKS, I had inquired about the status of the order and was told it would ship out by the end of the week (another lie).

A few weeks after this, when I still had not received the order, I submitted another inquiry about the status of the order. This time I was told that I should have already received the order, but since I hadn’t received it, they would remake the order and sent it again at the end of the week. At first, this sounded like awesome customer service… Until I realized it was complete BS. I asked for the original shipment tracking # and they were not able to provide it and changed their story. On 12/17/2012 (17 weeks after submitting the order), I contacted ECS by phone to inquire about the order. Since the order had not been completed, I requested a refund. I was then called later that day and ECS lied again and said that the order had already shipped, so they couldn’t issue a refund. The order was finally received on 12/24/2012. I checked the tracking information and the order hadn’t shipped until 12/22/2012, and not on 12/17/2012, as they had stated. So, on 12/17, when I requested a refund, ECS blatantly lied to me and denied me a refund, since they claimed the order had been shipped out that day.

Obviously, I would not suggest that anyone buy any product from this company, EVER. If you do buy a product from this company, expected them to take at least 3x as long to complete your order as they say they will. Also, expect them to lie to you whenever you ask them a question.
