"We haven't received the products we ordered. When I sent an email requesting status, I was advised there were problems in the painting process during production. It's never good when a customer is the one to advise the company they have failed to deliver a product or service. Someone knew there was a problem in the manufacturing plant and it was at that time that top-notch customer service could have been provided by sending out emails advising clients waiting on products that there would be a delay in delivery. Once the customer has to advise the company of their lack of service, everything that follows just seems like an excuse.

It is true that we as management cannot always prevent failures in machinery, but how we respond to these unfortunate events defines the public's view of us. As much as I would not have liked the delay in delivery, I would have appreciated a company being aware of their own manufacturing and fulfillment issues and caring enough to advise their customer of the inability to deliver on time.

"I am very happy with the professionalism and kindness of your customer service reps. The only thing that stopped me from saying that I was completely satisfied was that we ordered our time cards 1 side English, 1 side French. Apparently it was more expensive to have Spanish on the other side. We ended up receiving the ones with 1 side Spanish and I hope that we weren't charged a higher price for that. "
