Exposed Skin Care products burned my face so badly that I had to get an anti inflammatory prescription from my Dermatologist and now I have permanent loss of pigmentation on my face!

I contacted Exposed Skin Care and the person was extremely rude to me on the phone and she ended up hanging up on me... absolutely unbelievable!

EXPOSED SKINCARE IS A SCAM!!!

"I actually love their product, but I have never had worse customer service than I have with them. They sent my product to the wrong location and refused to give me a refund or ship me new product. The emails sent from "customer service" had no greeting, no thank you, no signature or name at the end. They were just so rude. I eventually asked for a managers information and the person I was communicating with responded saying they were the manager. I asked again for a refund or a new kit. This person then wrote back they would be sending me a new kit but would be disabling my account. I asked as to why and I was told I could buy their product on Amazon if I wanted. "

The fact that you didn't want to make a simply call to the hotel you chose to have your product shipped to to receive YOUR MONEY back was so ridiculous to us that I called to see how easy it was to do what you should have wanted to do! We don't care AT ALL if you get your money back. I would think you would care. Good stuff.

"This product is average. Not the worst, not the greatest but for the ingredients, an average price so decided to use.
beyond that, the customer service and the staff at this company were the most disgusting people I have ever spoken to from a customer service standpoint, and as a customer.
They didn't send as they didn't put in the address, which was clearly on my account, then wanted to charge me to reship. They were the rudest women I have ever dealt with and screamed and hung up after telling me they didn't want me as a customer. NOT JOKING She said we don't want you as a customer you'll get a refund and hung up.
I would be livid if I was running a business or had a brand and had people working for me like this.
They just want money, beware. The price promise, refund guarantee, customer service, bla bla is all a scam!

"I ordered this product with great hopes. They promise a 365 day guarantee on their products - there is the first LIE. If you don't like 1 product in order to get your money back you have to return ALL the products. Their customer service dept cancelled my subscription (without my consent) because I asked them to tell me where in their return policy it states that have to return the entire kit to get refund. I sent my kit back 3 weeks ago and had to contact them for my refund. I sent a letter to the BBB about their customer service and they LIED and said that I was a hostile customer and called them names. Never in my life. I don't care if this was the best skin care on earth. (Which it wasn't) you see ALL the good reviews on their website- funny they don't let REAL customers LEAVE real reviews. Stay away from this company!! And I am still waiting on a phone call from the owner, his name Jeff and I was told by his Customer Service Rep that he is flakey. Would love to have these kind of people working for me. "

"I used the full exposed skin care line for more than 2 years religiously. At first I thought it helped but over time it really just wasn't helping anymore. Also, I really dislike the way they automatically put you on a program that is mailed out to you. You can change when it is mailed out online but if you forget to change it (like I did during the 3-6 months), the reminder emails go straight to your junkmail box. I would get other emails from them so I didn't notice that I wasn't receiving the reminder emails until I got billed and it was too late to change it. Then I was stuck with it and they wouldn't allow me to refuse the package. I had to pay $22 Canada Post to send it back over the border. Shipping just to get to me was ridiculously expensive as well. When I was dealing with customer service, I found them to be unprofessional. They would send short answers back without their name or company information on the email and overall I was definitely not impressed. I use another skincare line and saw results in the first month that were better than I ever had while I was on the Exposed program!"
