"Was looking for a long time for a leather jacket that was both casual and dressy and wanted the color plum. So saw this gorgeous jacket by La Marque, Cascade front, size 4 leather jacket that fit my description and ordered it from Eve's Apple Online. The jacket's price was $390, got a promo code for $39 and also free shipping. Total I was finally charged was $351. When the jacket arrived I just loved it and glad I had saved up for this particular one. So what is the problem? Well when I looked closer at one of the folds of leather on the cascade front there was a little chunk of leather missing, it was a small chunk but still very noticeable for me and I was so, so disappointed as loved this jacket so, so much. I totally get that for some people it would not be a big deal but for me it was.. that is all i can say. I like my clothes and when I buy something in good faith i expect to get a good quality product. I emailed Eve's Apple and explained, I offered to keep the jacket but wanted $150 off, or they could replace the jacket. I thought that was fair. Here is the email I got in return.
Hi, as noted on the vendor's included hang tag, the jacket was hand cut and tailored so varying markings can be expected on these garments. If you aren't satisfied with the jacket, it is still within the 20 days of arrival at your shipping address to receive a full refund upon return. END

So from there emailed again and asked if they would replace the jacket and got no reply, I called and the girl on the phone said the person I could talk to was out of the office but since it was Friday would call me on Monday. She never did.

Its not a good sign for a business that sell high quality garments and products to customers. Their quality control department either missed this or tried to sell it off to someone without they noticing. I also deal with clients on a daily basis and would do everything in my power to keep my client happy. Bad business and customer service. Really do not know what else to say except very bad quality control and very bad customer service.

"I have ordered off of Eve's apple a few times and really like their service. The orders take little time to process and they reach my door in no time. I have never had a problem with item, or had to deal with Customer service directly. "
