"Perfect Experience. This was my first time ordering furniture online. Customer service helped me with tracking my order and i recieved the item a few days early. The bed came in perfect condition! My daughter couldnt be happier! Would defintely use this store again."

"My order was not shipped for 25 days and when I finally tried to have the order cancelled, they instead shipped the order without nofifying me. Customer service is very hard to get on the phone, I repeatedly received a message that said no one is available to take my call. Customer service initially told me the order would ship 12 days after I placed it and take 2-5 buisness days for delivery. I waited and received nothing. I would never use this store for anything again."

"We ordered a canopy bed from EverythingFurniture in November 2006. They delivered it and installed it when they promised, but the headboard had scratches on it. It looked like a manufacturing defect, and it was prominently visible. They asked us to email to them photos of the defect, which we did and the promised a replacement headboard. Two months later, no headboard had arrived.

We found out from the manufacturer that they never ordered a replacement, and they were no longer available. EverythingFurniture promised to pickup the bed at their expense and to refund our full purchase price once pickup was verified.

The bed was finally picked up on 2/26/07. I called Linda at EverythingFurniture to arrange for the refund, she told me it would be a couple of days for them to verify the bed was picked up, then 3 days for the credit. One week later I called again because no credit was issued. Again a promise of a refund in 3-5 days. One excuse was "we do refunds on Thursdays". Then it was "we are issuing it today, you'll see it in 3 days".

Still no refund. I have filed a complaint with their local BBB, which they are a member of. Their current rating is a CCC (as of 3/23/07).

Update 4/2/07: EverythingFurniture.com responded to my BBB complaint by again agreeing to provide a full refund. It is now one week later and still no refund has been made.

Update 4/5/07: After adding a rebuttal to my BBB complaint, EverythingFurniture.com has now (finally) issued a full refund. It took over 5 weeks, 8+ calls to them, a BBB complaint and follow through on that complaint to make it happen.
