"Reading the negative reviews after I placed my order made me really uneasy, but I actually had a very good experience.

I would have given this site 5 stars if it weren't for one thing: crappy customer service.

But on the other hand, I got a wonderful deal on the Vortex Gravity water pipe, it is absolutely great, and it even arrived a day before it was scheduled to be delivered.

The only issue I had was that I asked them two questions about the product and shipping, but they never replied. This was frustrating, to say the least, considering it really is such a great website.

I ordered an item from them that was supposedly in stock, only to receive an email from them a couple of days later stating that the product is not actually in stock here in the UK. I received another email where they stated the product was going to be shipped from the US to the UK with an express courier and that my order should be with me within a few days. Almost 2 weeks later the product still hasn't arrived. I emailed them to let them know that I'm still waiting for the product to arrive and they just ignored me, they didn't reply back.

Other people had similar experiences, it seems that this company doesn't stock a lot of products, the products on their site are shown as 'in stock' so they can get your hard earned money and then you either never received anything or the product arrives several weeks/months later. Stay away from them, any questions you ask them will be ignored.

"I ordered May 3rd, it is now April 16th, and still no package. I chose the 7-10 day shipping ($31 extra!) with tracking, and that barely helped. This company is not responsible for the shipping, but if it was a little more secure it would be good. The usps genuinely sucks anyways. It was stuck in Chicago for around 3 weeks. It hit 2 other places, and dispatched in NM (I'm in TX) 3 weeks ago, but never arrived anywhere. This site is trying their best at tracking it down, but even the usps office won't tell me anything. Just that is in transit. I think once these packages come into the US, it's handled by ups, not much better but I've never had a problem with them. With usps I always receive damaged boxes and sometimes busted goods. I seriously hope this doesn't happen once I get the shipment. If they changed shipping companies I would order again, but if it stays usps, I may not ever order again. I've had several friends who have had items shipped to the same state with zero problems and fast shipping. That was the only reason I had chosen these guys. It was always quick shipping as well. So I emailed them and asked to cancel the order. They did, and told me I could get a refund. So a month ago, I sent them my bank information and I recieved nothing. "I bought a Rok-it Bong (Chrome) from them. Not only did it take over a month to show up, but it shows up broken. The screws are popped out of the carrying case, the metal is scuffed, the glass is broken. To top it off they refused to refund or replace the bong unless I sent the entire thing back first at MY EXPENSE. Sending it back to the UK from the states would have cost more than ordering a replacement glass tube from the company who makes the pipe!
