"I ordered some cat toys that I saw were on sale for really cheap. The products came 8 days after my order confirmation, which is nice because inexpensive places normally ship from China. They shipped from California.

The product was a little mouse with a bell on the tail, a squeaky rectangle, and a plastic ball with a jingly bell inside. Unfortunately, they decided the best way to ship the item would be in a plain plastic envelope-- no, not the plastic manilla ones with bubble wrap. The soft toys came intact, but the ball came literally in about 20 pieces.

Seeing as I only paid $0.69, I don't see any reason to contact them and get a replacement-- the two toys are worth that. However, I don't really understand how they came about the decision to ship a fragile toy in a plain envelope.

I won't necessarily stay away from them, but I might think twice before ordering a product from them as opposed to another site."

Price was really low so I expected them to cut corners on the shipping or processing time but my order came fairly quickly - within 5 days with their free shipping option.
