"I read up about this place and it had relatively good reviews. However my experience has not been so good. They advertised a red hard cover for the PSVita, what I got was a pink one. They claimed they would exchange it. I sent back the old one in the first week of November. I called and they claimed they had not received it yet. It is now December 25, 2012 and I still have not heard from them or received my exchange. All I wanted was to exchange the red (pink) one for a blue one as it is for my son. So I spent money for the item, to have it shipped to me, then to ship it back and I have nothing to show for it. My son still does not have a case for his PS Vita. "
"Oh my. I ordered a PSP charger to replace my daughter's broken one...six days ago...decided to check the order status today, and "No record of order is found." However; my credit card was charged 1 minute after the order was placed, and transacted immediately. Feeling very naive about this 1st order from EverydaySource, ESPECIALLY after reading some of these ratings. I sent an email to customer service with a copy of the receipt and credit card statement attached, so I will update later (hopefully) with their response! Very nervous right now, just glad it was cheap!!!
I received a response from EverydaySource this morning, and the customer service rep "Yvonne" asked me for more information. She replied to an email I sent that had a copy of the receipt, credit card statement, product description, order number, date of purchase, and full contact information. WTH could she possibly need other than that!?!?"

"I ordered a digital scale (INSTEN 2lb Digital Pocket Scale, Black)was shipped promptly but doesn't weigh properly. I used it to weigh two 27 oz softball bats. One came in at at 9 oz the other at 40 oz. I tried multiple times and switched batteries out, different results each time. I tried logging into the website but account appparently doesn't exist anymore. It was only 6 bucks so not even worth the hassle of returning..just warning others. I rarely leave bad feedback but in this case.... "
"I thought that I won the lottery when I found this website. I should have known that the pricing was too good to be true. I purchased a travel charger, which worked fine when it arrived. However, after 6 weeks it is not working. The product was clearly defective and compayn refuses to take it back or replace it after the 30 day return policy. Just be warned, if you buy a product from this site you can anticipate that it will malfunction right after the 30 day period ends!"

"I ordered a multi-purpose card reader from Everyday Source on the 2nd of October. It shipped a day later on the third and was supposed to come in 3-10 business days; it unexpectedly came earlier than the 10 day limit in 6 days. All of the items were there and seem to be be in working condition and in good order. My only thing against these guys is that they shipped a day after I ordered the object and the object was poorly protected in the packaging; there was actually none at all, it was just shipped in a plastic bag thingy. The shipping prices were also a little high for the item."

"I ordered a car and home charger for my ASUS Transformer tablet. What I received was a charger for USB charged devices, which my tablet is not. I also paid for two day shipping, it took 5. When I told them about the charger problem, they actually treated me like I was stupid. They asked "Can you please try the charger to be sure it doesn't work"
Well I tried and it didn't. They did send me a replacement, but it was the exact same charger.
I am still fighting with them trying to get a full refund (I don't want to have paid shipping for nothing) and I have not heard from them yet, it takes them a minimum of a day to respond to each email and there is no phone number to contact them with."
