"We ordered on April 20, 2016 sport shoes for a birthday present. Soccer.com promised to deliver in 5-7 weeks. I checked my order on line today since the initial time for delivering is done and I found a very disappointing information, soccer.com changed the delivering for EARLY JULY which means more than 12 weeks. They never sent an email informing this. Absolutely lack of respect for customers. "

Lies, Misrepresentation, Bad Customer Service

"These shoes popped up under MEN'S shoes. The sizing chart provided is a MEN'S sizing chart. The only size choices offered are MEN'S whole sizes through size 15. I ordered men's 15 and was sent a boys 1.5 - not even an option when ordering! When I called they blamed me because the letters JR are in the shoe name. I should have known that a shoe that was only offered in men's sizes was a boys shoe. I was offered no recompense. I was told I could buy a different men's shoe for more than twice as much and treated very disrespectfully while I was staying calm & respectful, just explaining that I felt cheated. No one should do business with such a dishonest company. They purposely misrepresent their product in order to hook you in with a bait & switch strategy to get you to spend more than you intended."

"TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY! Simply put...they're crooks! Ordered 2 jersey's for Christmas and not only was the size WRONG and I mean WAY WRONG but apparently the Jerseys advertised online, i.e. Bale & Memphis are all considered customized since they REALLY start out blank! Which is NOT what is advertised NOR stated. Thus 2-jerseys to small and none returnable. NEVER use them and I will continue to post all over social media...CROOKS, THIEVES...PUNKS!"

"We had to order soccer uniforms for our son, two jerseys and shorts. We used the online measuring charts that were on their website. We then order the recommended size and paid $120 for the order. When the order arrived the uniform did not fit and was too small. I called the customer service line and was told that since the order was customized there were no returns and no refunds. After asking why the measurement chart online was not accurate, they told me not to trust the chart. Wow, so basically they have an online customized measurement chart, and when they are incorrect, it is the customers fault for trusting the company's recommendations. It is disappointing to have to purchase two new jerseys for a mistake the company has made."

"Let's face it, you can buy your soccer shoes at a whole bunch of places online. I ended up joining the Goal Club last year and I now get 10% off of every purchase on pretty much every item. I buy the high end soccer shoes, so the goal club paid for itself after just 2 orders. I also buy a lot of shoes and equipment for other players on my team because nobody really competes on prices for new releases.

This order specifically I ordered the adidas tattoo pack, a limited edition cleat. Shipped in the correct size and came to my house in 3 days. That's the other cool part about soccer.com, they have the limited edition releases, as well as all your other soccer stuff you might need.

I felt compelled to write a positive review because I've placed over 10 orders on this site and have always had a great experience.

"STAY AWAY from this company!!! They have screwed up on our order the 3 times we have ordered from them. We order customized jerseys for a soccer team we sponsor. They have got the logo or color wrong every time! Save yourself some serious frustration go somewhere else. We call customer service and they are very incompetent. We've talked to managers and they take no responsibility. "

"I have been a gold club member and loyal customer. To my dismay, this loyalty has been betrayed by this retailer. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my son needed a last minute pair of shorts in a brand we did not have for his season high school varsity opener. I ordered on Sat. 2/27 and paid for overnight shipping which I knew would be the next business day 3/2. The game was on 3/3. I did not receive them until 3/4 which meant I had to go out and find another pair. When placing the order, I added in a pr of guard sleeves. These came in on 3/3. I was not informed that the shorts were being shipped from the manufacturer until after the fact and would not be here over night. When I called customer service they argued that I received the sleeves on time and the best they could do was refund the difference between overnight and second day. After having to force the discussion and 30 minutes on the phone with them explaining customer service the supervisor finally conceded. This was a no-brainer, customer service issue: I did not get what I paid for. They need to empower their employees to do the right thing. There is competition in the marketplace!!!!"

"I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from soccer.com. I ordered a goalkeeper jersey for my daughter in mid-August 2014. It was on backorder and had an estimated ship date of mid-August, so I figured it would ship within the next week or so. It is now early December and still no jersey. We have received multiple e-mail notices indicating the new ship date was "mid-(you name the month)" and each month passes and nothing arrives but another e-mail announcing a further delay. Today, my husband called them and they offered to give us the Cyber Monday discount of 20% and free shipping on any in-stock jersey. What a joke for all the waiting we have done - any customer could get the Cyber Monday discount and my original order came with free shipping! Then, upon looking at their site, they only had 2 or 3 jerseys in-stock in my daughter's size...everything else was, you guessed it, on backorder and expected to ship "mid-January". To top it off, the same jersey that we originally ordered is still listed for sale on their website! Do not buy from this company - the service is awful and I believe they have questionable business practices."

"Worst customer service ever. I cancel an order, they ship it anyway. They did refund me my purchase, but they never refunded the shipping cost while they said they would. Exchanged about 1000 emails for NO RESULTS.

"What an attitude.....I ordered a pair of indoor soccer shoes from this company and they arrived on time, but they were the wrong shoes. So we called the 800 customer service number and they apologized because they had the wrong picture on their website. Their mistake not mine.

You would think that they would expedite the correct shoes to me right.........wrong! They said they did not have the shoes pictured on their website in stock so, I could keep the ones they shipped, exchange them for another pair or return them for a refund.

My son picked out another pair, so initially I told them I would exchange the shoes. The new pair were about $20 more than the original pair. So I'm talking to customer service and she explains that they will bill me for the second pair of shoes. When they receive the shoes I am returning they will credit the purchase amount back to my card within 2 weeks. Really.......they screw up but I can now pay FULL PRICE A SECOND TIME to correct THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!! Hello........somebody wake up, have you ever heard of a thing called customer service?????

We returned the shoes for a refund so now we will see how long it takes to get my money back. NOT Impressed!

"I'be been ordering from this company for 4 years now because this is who our soccer club gets its uniforms through, and every year I have had poor experiences. They always have something out of stock and we need to wait weeks, sometimes almost until the end of the season before we have everything we ordered. And I usually order as soon as possible, typically a month or so before the first game of the season, and still have to wait for the uniforms to come in one shipment at a time.

Customer service is horrible, they sent me 2 blue jerseys instead of 1 black and 1 blue like I ordered, because THEY had the wrong item # on the sticker on the jersey. I took pictures and emailed them to show they had the item marked wrong, and even though they messed up, they insisted that I would have to send the wrong one back before they would send the correct one...the one I actually ordered. Which is fine expect for the fact that they wouldn't even process the order for the correct one, which required customization, until they received the wrong one back....delaying the process even further.

We are a few weeks away from the fall season ending, and I'm still waiting on part of my order I made in July to arrive. I don't know how they stay in business. I will be pushing for our club to switch vendors, I've heard so many complaints from various parents through the years, its amazing to me they even still use this company to provide our gear.

"I wouldn't buy here if I didn't have to. My son's soccer team gets their uniforms from this place. I have two kids and that cost me $700. The shirts were too small but of course I couldn't try anything on. Oh well, a little snug. But then in the wash the letters started to come off of one. They will replace it, but they were going to replace it with the wrong jersey (older son's jersey # instead of younger son's). Since it had to be replaced anyway I asked if they would make it a kid's large instead. No way. They wouldn't do that. Even though I have been put through all this trouble and of course it would be no cost to them. Just poor customer service. Glad I could waste my money and time with soccer.com Go somewhere else if you can."

"This is the worst company ever. They don't have any of the uniform my son needs, and says the team manager didn't order enough. Aren't they in the business to know how many they go through in a typical year? On top of that, I paid for 2 day shipping and they always have some excuse why it didn't ship that way. He may have his entire uniform for the final game. $350 down the toilet."

"Do not buy from this company. My kids' soccer club does not give us a choice. For the second consecutive year...I feel ripped off by receiving uniforms that are too small or just flat out NOT what I ordered. I refuse to ever order again from them. I don't care if I have to put my kids in a different soccer club."
