"I purchased a EuroBuzz phone recently for a trip to Poland that I took in May, 2012. It worked beautifully- no problems! The phone screen will initially tell you to hold the "star key" down to "unlock." Then make your call. Hold the "zero key" down until it reads a "+" sign on the screen, then 1, then area code, then local phone #. It was that easy. If you're puzzled, call customer service and they will not bill you for calling them. I used the phone with no problems in Poland and Frankfurt, Germany and the signal came on immediately each time and was clear. I will definitely use this phone for my next trip next year to France. Well worth purchasing it!"
