"Overall a very good experience. I ordered a new Thinkpad with 3 year manufacturer warranty in a sealed box, and that's what I got-- and at an excellent price. Every other reseller was out of stock, because the machine was discontinued. I don't quite know how Euclid manages to get these machines when other resellers can't (PC Connection being an exception), but I don't care: I verified on the phone with Euclid that the machine was new, not open-box, not a refurb, not gray-market, and had the full manufacturer's international warranty; when it arrived, I called IBM and verified this was the case. Other companies I've found to be good: B+H photo in NYC, Crucial memory, PC connection."

"Purchased IBM Thinkpad A31 from them. Price, including shipping, was $2,335. Ordered with a 2nd day delivery. Delivered on time, factory-sealed box, brand new. Needless to say - their closest competitor had a price of over $300 more. Looks like we will be buying from this company again. I work for insurance company and do most of the IT purchasing here. This is the first time I get such fast and honest business. Keep up a good work Euclid!"

"I purchased a fujitsu laptop on Feb 20th and it was to be shipped within 14 days. The laptop was delayed, I was told that I was upgraded to 2nd Day air shipping to compensate. The laptop was shipped March 19th, almost one month after it was purchased, and it was sent to me UPS ground. I needed that laptop by the 22nd and it will not arrive until the 25th, so I wanted to refuse shipment and return the laptop. However, they charge a 15% restocking fee! They refunded me the price of ground shipping. They have good prices, however, unless you are willing to wait over a month to receive your laptop I would avoid this company.
