A good choice

"Cost wise, in the past it was a close coin toss between esurranty and protect your bubble (PYB). At the end, PYB was not as responsive and now they have left the US market (good riddance). These are now the choice for me to protect new iphones. I have three new ones at home and they are so expensive to replace that I had to have insurance."

Bad customer service, who knows if they actually insure...

"Signed up 2/2/18. Cancelled 3/9/18. Was told to wait 7-10 days for refund. Not the case. Had to file case with paypal. Barely got a message 6/4/18 that a refund was being processed. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Calling or emailing their customer support department for a problem does not guarantee anyone paying attention to you. Shop elsewhere if you value your money."

Best coverage I have

"I researched many insurances for all my phones and when I came across this company I decided to dive in a little deeper which is the best thing I have done. I used to have the insurance through Sprint but their plan became so expensive and non reliable after three phone were sent to me that were all battered and non workable I dropped them like a hot potato. I have only had one repair so far with eSURRANTY which went so smoothly and was handled so professionally. To make it worst it was my sons Iphone which was broken when the dog jumped on him and it broke the screen and within 24 hours the screen was replaced by Apple which also checked the complete phone for any other faults. You would have to be foolish not to use this service. Thank you again Angelo for all the help you supplied in making my son happy so quickly"

Buyer Beware

"The worst customer service I've ever had! Won't answer phone calls, left messages and they weren't returned. I had to email many times to finally get a response and of course my claim was denied. Had the nerve and lecture me in a email. This went on for a month. Cancelled policies (bought 2) and since I filed a claim on one (and denied), i'm not eligible for a pro rated refund on that policy. The other policy refund will be pro rated. We'll see. I didn't do my homework well enough before I bought these policies.

"I bought the policy and realized later on they had more selections for my watch I was trying to get coverage on and unfortunately I purchased the wrong one. I tried multiple times to call and get it changed, left a call back Number and still haven’t heard anything back yet..."

AVOID THIS COMPANY

"Avoid this company, look at AppleCare or another provider. I sent my iPad for repair on Feb 28. On Mar 26, a manager emailed my device was being returned. By May 2, I still had not gotten my devise and my emails got no response. On May 3, I got an email from a manager stating my device was not repaired (the same one that some 30-days ago the company said was repaired and being returned) because it was purchased outside the U.S. (not true brought it in PA). I asked for my device returned repaired or the original be returned with a full refund. Today, June 2, my device is not fixed; not returned; and no refund. I have a complaint filed with the PA and NV State Attorneys General. AVOID THIS COMPANY!"

Peace of mind

"I researched other services that would cover my used/out of warranty iPhone 7 Plus and after eSURRANTY asking a lot of questions I decided to go with them. That was over two years ago.
