"I ordered a lift . they told when it would be delivered was not shipped until days after the day i was to receive it. i called and was told it would be tuesday . when it did not come , i called again and was told it would be tuesday and i would get a 450.00 credit, tuesday it did not come and it was deliverd days later . i called about the credit they said they did give me the credit . i never got the credit. this company is not honest and cost me time and money waiting. i will not buy from them again.."

"Equiptool was very nice to talk to when taking your order. They also gave a good price and a reasonable delivery date. The trouble is it appears they do not stock anything and depend on the mfg to have everything in house. They also do not check to see if it is in stock with the mfg before they give you ship/delivery date. They listed 10-14 days in when my lift would ship - actual time was 6 weeks. I had made install arrangements and had to change it several times before the lift actually arrived. If you have the time and are not in a set schedule Equiptool would be a good choice. If you have a deadline on your project maybe not. "
