Amazing Customer Support!

"I just bought a new vehicle and was in the market for a new stereo/head unit. In my previous vehicle I had a generic Pioneer stereo that required a dash kit to install, and for the price, it was lacking. I did a ton of research and watched endless amounts of YouTube videos of people with my same vehicle and their stereo of choice. Ever since video that I had viewed all recommended the same brand… Eonon. I decided to look more into the company because I had never heard of them before. Right off the bat I was amazed on how affordable they were for the entertainment options (wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto) not to mention that everything is plug n play and requires no additional harnesses or dash kits of any kind to install. I ended up going with their new line of Android 12 Units. I ordered it and Eonon was kind enough to send out a 5% off coupon code! Also, the stereo came with a free backup camera! It took less than a week to arrive on my doorstep as well. I opened the packaging (which was excellent by the way) and was amazed on how good the quality of everything was. Upon further inspection of the packaging, I realized that there was no backup camera, even though the order details showed it listed. I contacted Eonon right away and they responded almost immediately! They were very apologetic about the mistake and asked two questions 1. Double check the packaging. 2. Is this shipping information correct? I responded with “I check the packaging again and no luck, also yes the shipping information is correct. Within a couple of hours I had gotten a notification from my email saying a package had been shipped! The whole team was super amazing thought the whole experience and got straight to the point, which I like. I would DEFINITELY recommend Eonon to anyone that is looking for an affordable, great quality stereo that fits perfect in your vehicle and is effortless to install. 100% 5 Stars!"

"Google had done an update that didnt work with the running version of zlink so i contacted Eonon to see what they could do!

They updated all my driver software and app software and were so helpful! Looking to buy more products from them soon! Exceptional customer service and problem resolution!

Great product and great customer svc

"Ordered my 1st radio. It arrived damaged. Eonon immediately sent me a new unit to replace it without me even sending back the original. Once I received the new unit it worked flawlessly. Installed this in my work truck and it makes the time in between appts so much easier. Recently contacted eonon because of a damage cable and they sent to me free of charge. I’ve had the radio installed for about 7-8 months and works great. Side note I still have a eonon radio in my e46 Bmw and it’s been working for at least 8 years now. Without any issues. I will continue buying there products. Thanks eonon. "

Really good customer services

"I have received my autoradio without any trouble (and I live in New Caledonia, can't be more remote). The support even took the time to contact me by email to make sure my package wasn't stuck with the custom.
At the end it took more time to pass custom than it took for Eonon to deliver the package to my country. They were even more worried than i was (long delay are to be expected here). Low cost on transport too.

The product work just fine and was really easy to install with the digital manual. I couldn't connect it to my ODB scanner but once again the support rescue me and gave me the right way to use an ODB scanner AND android auto at the same time.

So far so good. I'll recommand this company and their product without hesitation. Hard to beat for this price and this kind of support

Excellent Customer Service

"I recently bought a Q53PRO for my MK6 VW Golf. Installation was so easy and the stereo for the most part worked great. I just had consistent issues with Android Auto disconnecting itself. After a few back and forth emails with Eonons customer service they came to the conclusion that the unit must be faulty and they are sending me out another unit, no questions asked. It's so good to see a business with such great customer service. I will happily buy from them in the future and refer my friends if they are looking at upgrading their car stereo. What Customer Service Should Be!

"I had an issue with a display screen that had gone bad the second time I used the unit. This isn't unexpected with electronics, they either fail quickly or last for a long time. Quality and features are awesome. Is there a better word than Awesome? If there is I would use it for Eonon's customer service. Left an email and over a holiday weekend, I received a very nice email from Evelyn in customer service letting me know my issue was important to them and a new unit is being shipped. Perfect customer service. Evelyn needs a raise! Thank you for taking care of my issue and I look forward for Eonon to help me meet other car audio needs in the future."

"Was really happy with my Eonon Q63Pro Head unit. Had a problem with the cinch outlets. They have a perfect customer support, friendly with high quality advice.
