"i purchase afety glasses for our company. I found them online via google. I went on the site and found glasses that I thought would work they sell them 6 per box so I purchased 2 boxes. The boxes came quick and no damage to the glasses which was really good I will probably purchase from them again who knows but good experience this time"

Fanttastic Gloves

"Purchased the ninja ice gloves for the upcomoing winter season I ggot a free beanie which was nicve. The gloves are comfortable a little thick but i think its because of the insulation the gloves seems to be what we need my workers like them i like thaty thwey are all black hopefully won''t habve to replace as often."

Unacceptable

"Needed items (3M helmet assemblies) for work ASAP so I paid $270 overnight shipping. 2 days later, checked on the status of the order to see "Routed". Called and the Customer Service rep looked it up and said the expected ship date is 4/15. She said "not sure if these are a custom made item or backordered or what..."; this is noteworthy since I just skimmed another review that received similar reports. I asked if anyone was planning to call me to notify me and she looked it up and said "it looks like it wasn't flagged." Pretty unacceptable. To top it off, the $2500 cost on my credit card is going to take 72 business hours to clear, so I'll be lucky If I'm able to put another order through somewhere else."

Competitive pricing, fast shipping.

"With the new OSHA regulations coming into effect, we had to upgrade some of our workers that work on drilling/grinding concrete to some PAPR systems. Enviro had 3M Versaflo PAPR systems that were in stock, and shipped the same day. Had the most competitive pricing on the web, and we received product in 2 business days. Would recommend."

How can a business get away with this?

"2 months between accepting and billing an order w/o shipping the product?

We placed our online order 5/26 and received emailed confirmation. We were called a week later saying that the product was on backorder and wouldn't be shipped until 7/7. We were billed for the order on our card. When the order was not received at that date, we called to ask where the shipment was and was told--again--that the item was still on backorder and would not be received until August. We then called back to cancel the order.

Two weeks later we received yet another call saying that the order was shipped. What?!! Really?

Who takes a payment, promises delivery, does not deliver, and then puts ALL of the follow-up calling and paperwork on their customer? I'll tell you who. This company. We will not be doing business with them again.

Not ready for internet commerce

"I ordered an inexpensive but important pair of filters for a PPE mask online on 2/19. Everything seemed to go fine. I received an e-mail confirmation of my order but never a tracking number. 7 days later as my job was approaching I e-mailed them asking about my order. They responded:

Thank you for your inquiry. Your order (# 200037873) is on backorder and has a rough ETA of 3/1/2016. Please feel free to email or call to follow-up on the status of your order on or around the ETA shipment date so that we may provide you with a tracking number.

My problem with the above is that they should never have run the order through if it was out of stock and the website did not indicate this. Also why did they not notify me about this before my inquiry? Why do I have to contact them for a tracking number? And lastly even cancelling the order required e-mails they said they never received and finally a phone call. The person on the phone was nice enough but this company has issues and should not be selling online until they get their act together.

"I ordered a pelican case from them. After waiting a week for it to ship I was informed that I had to pay another $70 for shipping. How can you sell something and then come back later and say oops sorry it is more expensive you owe more money. I was going to use this case when I deploy to Iraq I now have to find another vendor that will honor and agreement. "
