Horrible customer service. They never get back to you.

"Beware of this company as I have tried twice to place an order and they have not delivered on either order. Trying to cancel the order is extremely hard and I have had to dispute the charges with PayPal to try to get a refund. The customer service is horrible."

Do Not Use

"Placed an order for an in stock item and paid for 2 day shipping. My vet called me the same day and said they were contacted by Entirely Pets Pharmacy and approved the prescription. 4 days later my card was charged and order still listed as pending. Took me 3 days after this to get through to anyone at the company about the status of my order. Emails were unanswered, their 1-800 phone # was busy every time I called it, and I waited in a LONG queue for live chat half a dozen times only to be disconnected when my turn got close. I finally got a not busy signal on the phone number and waited on hold for 40 minutes before talking to anyone. They cancelled my still pending order with no questions, but the whole thing feels suspect. In the 3 days it took me to get ahold of anyone about cancelling my order I placed the same order on a different website and have a tracking number for the shipment of my pets prescription.

Communication needs to improve

"I got an email telling me that my order is pending due credit card issue and to call Customer Service (CS). I did but got a voicemail saying that CS is not available. So I responded to the email and provided the add’l requested credit card info. The next day, I got the email again that order is pending. I called a 2nd. during work and after providing more info, CS said my order needs to be authorized by the Manager. So more waiting. As I’m waiting the next few days, I continue to get a few more same emails saying my order is pending!! So I called CS the 3rd time to see what is the problem and was told that the order will go through. (Note: both time I called, I felt like CS were annoyed with my inquiry.) After many weeks, I got my order. This was not a good experience. I will not buy again or recommend EntirelyPet to family or friends. "

Excuses and delays, but they'll charge you up front

"Placed an order on 12/2 for standard medication readily available at most stores (Sentinel). Was charged immediately, notified shortly afterward that they contacted my pets' vet. I then had to mail the prescription to EntirelyPets Pharmacy. A week later I received a notification that they had yet to receive my prescription to which I responded to check the mail. I then received a notification of my order for Sentinel for 2 dogs would need to be split because of lack of stock 12/19.

It is now 12/30 of which my pets would take their medication and EntirelyPets has told me that the manufacturer is at fault and they are causing the delay in my product being shipped. I've never had this issue with another online pharmacy. Would hesitate to order from EntirelyPets again or if you were needing the medication in a timely manner.

A shame that a company charges for a product they cannot ship. Seems sketchy to me.

Just got off of the phone, and customer support said that it will still be a few weeks more.

Update: 1/14/2020 I'm still waiting on half of my order of Sentinel. I've been contacted numerous times by a representative that was under the impression that my entire order was shipped. When trying to call the 800 number back and enter the extension, it immediately disconnects the line. (Tried multiple times) Had to contact the rep through email. Unfortunately for my pet, this company still has growing pains.

Update: 1/28/2020 I've contacted support again to ask about my shipment, I've been told this is their highest priority. Still have NOT fulfilled my order.

Update: 2/5/2020 Half of my order has still yet to be shipped. OVER 2 Months!!! They've went back to one of their original excuses that my prescription needs to be sent over. That's funny, because I sent over the 2 prescriptions and was told the same thing when I asked about shipment. It wasn't until I told them to check their mail that they shipped out 1/2 of my order and told me that the other would be shipped out when in stock.

Packaging

"Pleased with your service but not with the packaging. 12 packs of soft treats in a priority envelope didn’t work well in my mailbox. Everything was flattened out and shoved into mailbox. Not your fault for the incompetent post office help but if it was in a box it would have been delivered to the door and not crammed into mail box. Package was ripped in order for me to remove from mail box."

"Our dog dentist recommended this product, said NEVER GIVE A DOG SOMETHING TO CHEW THAT YOU CANNOT PUSH YOUR THUMBNAIL INTO, IT WILL BREAK TEETH,..................after 17 extractions and $5K IN DENTAL BILLS, she explains this to us!!
