"Placed order for a number of parts to '75 Midget. Took almost 2 weeks to get an email one item was on backorder (nothing had shipped yet). I dropped that part and ordered elsewhere. Shortly after received an email they now had the part. Order arrived a few days later. Everything was correct, but I did want to return 1 item. Put a request for return in. Still don't have a reply back - 8 days ago."
"The part arrived rather quickly. However, the quality was a little to be desired. The knob at the end of the signal arm rattles inside because it sounds like something is loose inside the handle itself. The handle also wobbles a little. Also, where you screw it onto the steering shaft, the plastic base is a little too long. It’s really hard to screw the wiper part onto the steering shaft, which you have to do after fitting the turning signal part onto the shaft. The plastic on this new part extends too long to then be able to screw in the wiper part. I’d order a new one elsewhere. "

"Ordered a couple hundred dollars of parts. I noticed items that were say $26 in online catalog were mysteriously $34 in the cart. Happened a few times but I went ahead with order.
Got a call next day saying some weren't in. Good enough. But a day, 3 days, 5 days, nothing about 'which parts' or shipping.
I offered to swap out backordered parts for instock parts. Nothing. Emailed 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 times. Nothing. Called twice. Opened case on PayPal.
Finally, after 9 days of nothing, they shipped the partial ordered they'd offered over a week prior. Sad that you have to nearly badger a company to get any response and only then partially satisfactory. Lesson learned. Never again. "
