At this time they gave me the option to cancel and I decided to wait but . . . I hate companies that let you buy something they do not have! They should let you know up front if it is in stock. THEN, I received an email saying it would be another month past the original 3 week delay. At this time, I accepted their offer to cancel. I am giving two stars because of the easy process of canceling and getting my credit card refunded, otherwise it would be a one star."
"I tried on 5 separate occasions to buy a quality spirit level online. Each of the first 4 times, the product was either damaged in shipping or it didn't meet the manufactures specifications for accuracy. Three times the levels were bought from an American Manufacturer who claimed their products had a +/- 0.0004" per inch accuracy. In reality, their products only delivered a +/- 0.004" per inch capability. After nearly giving up, I contacted Brandi Campbell at Engineering Supply. Although Engineering Supply was a Johnson Level supplier, they didn't carry the jamb level combo set I was interested in. Brandi worked with me to special order the Johnson Ultra Level set and made sure that Johnson marked the package with the appropriate "Fragile" labels. I am very happy with the 2 Johnson Ultra Levels I ordered (+/-0.0003" per inch accuracy). The entire process took less than a week and the shipping charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Engineering Supply. "
