"I placed my order with Enfig on the 15th. I emailed them on the 21st to see what the status of my order was and I still haven't received a response back. I've heard a lot of good things about Enfig's customer service and speedy product delivery, but so far I'm not impressed.
**UPDATE**
Received an email that order was shipped yesterday [02/01/05]. The delay was caused by their test radio breaking and had to wait for a new one, which is completely understandable. My wife already has this product and it's awesome! Can't wait to get it installed myself!"
