"I placed an order for a mixed full case of 5-hour energy. Here is what the order details say:

As instructed in item details I listed the boxes I wanted in the order notes. It was a mix of various flavors, both regular strength and extra.
I got a call the next day telling me I did it wrong. The mixed full case was only for regular flavors...not extra strength.
It did not say that in the item details nor in my order confirmation when I placed the order. I checked back on the website and they changed the item details to only show regular flavors as options for the mixed case.
So they changed the item description AFTER I placed the order then called me to tell me I did it wrong. The guy that called me was quite rude about it as well. As I was trying to load up the website and my email to check my order I mentioned that I'll have to refund the order if it doesn't work the way I thought. He immediately refunded me and ended the conversation and hung up. When I got my email and their website loaded I noticed how they changed the description, I called them back to let the know that it was changed after my order and that they should keep with my original order. Future orders can be done with the new policy. He wouldn't hear it and was rudely telling me that I don't have any reason to ask for anything because I was refunded.
I am grateful that he refunded me but that is a horrible way to conduct business. Advertise a product and when someone orders the product and they realize they advertised it wrong they change the product and tell the customer they are wrong. Had he dealt with the situation in a more diplomatic manner I might have been okay with it but his demeanor was arrogant and rude.
Had he handled the situation better he would have had a customer for life as I buy A LOT of 5-hour energy for a single person.
I'm never going to order from this company again. "
