They are thieves...

"I signed up for a trial and deposited $10.
We never used it and never logged in and try stamps.com

Then we got a 15.99 charge and the next day we contacted to get that refunded..
THEY REFUSED...

They are thieves..

Make sure you chargeback and get your money back.

Worst Business practice I have ever dealt with!

"So, I tried a free membership trial on ShippingEasy.com, to see if the service was any cheaper/better than manually sending postage/packages manually. So for my free 1 month trial, or should I say 1 day trial to which I only tried their services for one day, I did not use their services nor purchase any postage stamps on the site. The next day, my credit card was charged $10.00 for postage stamps by a company named Endicia.com. I emailed ShippingEasy and they tell me in order to receive your refund I need to cancel my free membership trial, to which I promptly did.
A week later past with no refund, I call Shipping Easy and they tell me I need to contact Endicia, which I did, and they tell me I have an account, which I was even unaware of . Endicia tells me I need to cancel my Endicia account to receive my refund, which I immediately cancelled my account.
A week later past and no refund. I contact Endicia and they tell my my account is still active and that I need to contact Shipping Easy, so I did, and Shipping Easy tells me I have 2 accounts! So I cancel the 2nd account, and a week later has past, still no refund. I contact ShippingEasy and they tell me I also have 2 accounts on Endicia! So I personally called Endicia to cancel my 2nd account, and they would not cancel my account over the phone! I would need to cancel my account online, so I immediately cancelled my account on their site. aSo I am still waiting for my refund from Endicia.
Endicia's business practices are the worst I have ever dealt with, I did not have any legal notice whatsoever in having an account with them, and they never told me I had two accounts during my first contact with them. Do not waste your time and money with both companies, especially Endicia.

Will not refund a double postage charge!

"Had an experience this month where I tried to purchase a Priority label. System returned an error message saying not all postage was printed and that my account was not charged. Have received same message in the past on occasion so wasn't concerned, simply redid the transaction with success. Received my postage label and shipped the package for the Amazon order. Looked at the postage log from Endicia and the math was not calculating correctly - shorted my account $11.30. Looked at my account online and saw two postage purchases for the same order, same destination - two charges for $11.30 - two minutes apart. Never received two labels, only one. Note - postage log from Endicia and transaction report on site do not agree - yet both are from Endicia. They will not refund. They took 4 days to respond to the case, said there was nothing wrong, and now will not respond to me at all. Tried to call, but wait time for "service" is way too long. Will be cancelling my account and reporting them for theft of funds."

Down for 4 days without one simple "We are working on it"

"We began experiencing problems when the latest update became available. The program went into an infinite loop of asking to update... downloading... updating... restating, again, again... again...

Contacted support on 1/11/2016. After holding for close to 30 minutes, I was transferred to a non-technical person that said they could only forward my problem. I tried calling again the following day, only to go through the same wait time and getting unqualified non-technical answering service.

They finally emailed me a fix on Friday 1/15/2016. No courtesy call, no we are sorry, no explanations. We were down for 4+ days, no shipments, canceled order, lost revenue. The USPS needs to partner with another more reliable company. How can you conduct business in this day and age with such crappy customer service?

"The customer support at Endicia is probably even worse than the support you get from Amazon when you talk to someone in New Delhi. They can't make the activation codes work. They ask for one thing I sent then they came back and asked for something else. And I sent that. Then they came back and asked for something else. They take over 36 hours to respond. If i could select 1/10000000000000000 of a star that would be about all I could give them. "

"It looked promising to use with BigCommerce store. What a disappointment. BigCommerce shows it as easy to link to in their SETTING section under SHIPPING. You would have though BigCommerce would have vetted this service. 1st Major issue is it will not print the standard USPS billboard label with an option for a receipt. To get an equivalent size USPS style label to print through a 8.5 x 11 printer you have to jack your printer setting around. I'm not about to keep jacking my printer setting around as I go back and forth printing labels and 8.5 x 1 documents. The smaller label prints in the upper left piece of an 8.5 x 11 paper. Now I have cut the label out and throw away the rest as scrap. Very time consuming. Endicia support was no help, they said I had to call BigCommerce because it was their issue. I called BigCommerce and they could not offer any solution. Srtay away from Endicia.

I canceled my account 2 days after fiddling with this nonsense. I'm still waiting for them to refund my $100 postage deposit. I thought it would work if BigCommerce was touting it - BIG MISTAKE!!!

"Product showed promise, but is sinking fast! They have a help desk and support process in place, and sometimes they will even acknowledge that you found a problem, but get back with you, or actually fix it? Never!!! It seems that the development staff is completely inaccessible, so instead of working out the reported bugs and remarkably awkward procedural flaws, product just gets worse and worse! I have been using Dazzle for two years and features I liked are now forever broken. Oddly enough, every single upgrade to their product produced an error condition when trying to install, which of course I reported, but THEY CAN'T EVEN FIX INSTALLING THEIR OWN PRODUCT!!!!! And yes, I also reported the 'United Kingdom' versus 'Great Britain' issue, and got the same answer - 'We are right - USPS, eBay, and PayPal are wrong' – go figure."

"Horrible. Due to their server issues, caused us shortpaid postage due the USPS which they fail to take responsibility for, which in turn had the USPS demand they close our account, which they state is due to our unlawful postage prints and violation of their TOS. Simply crazy. wish I had them money to sue them for their server errors charging incorrectly. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone."

"Horrible company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

I pushed a Dymo label printer a year ago and purchased the Dymo brand labels for printing stamps. Last August they decided that only their brand of labels can be purchased. They are roughly $0.09 per label compared to $0.01 per label on amazon. In their new policy, you must submit an activation code or sign up for their subscription service to use off brand labels.

I contacted support to see if they would honor the balance of my paid postage on the old labels and was willing to buy the brand labels if they met me half way--- did they? Nope. They offered to give me a free trial in their subscription service (so I can forget that my card is being charged).

You guys need to learn how to take care of your customers. This is bad business. I will be filing formal complaints and never buy a Dymo or Endicia product again.

"Have been a customer for over 3 years and they are bad! Placed our account on suspension because they stated that the routing # was incorrect after all this time. They didn't bother to call us they simply pulled the plug. Once we contacted them is when we were informed but would turn us back on if we accepted the 1k fine from NACHA. Once I confirmed with NACHA that they weren't sure why Endicia was doing this since they said the Federal Reserve website stated that the # was good that they were surprised that our vendor would stop us for doing business. I emailed this Endicia and didn't hear back and decided to call again. It was then that they informed me that we were able to use the account. They never bothered to call or reply to my emails to let us know that we could conduct business again. I asked to speak with a supervisor which was as clueless in regards to customer service as the other were. He did mention that they had already received the same type of complaints in the past so this just shows that they don't really care. We have done over $300k in postage but I guess that doesn't really matter to them because as he said, "we have a lot of customers".... we are just a number!

"Company has no regard for its customers. Baited us to purchase their equipment then switched their policy and require customers to purchase their brand stamps at ANY PRICE! They cost 10x's quality generic ones that work just fine.

"Same boat here as the other reviewers. Endicia seemed like a great alternative to stamps but has turned out to be a nightmare of horrendous customer service back and forths just to get their label server to work correctly, which by the way over 1 month later STILL does not work and I am trying daily to ask why it wont work and what do we have to do. All I get is semi rude blaming of my developer who has absolutely nothing to do with their API or customer service.

I will NEVER use endicia again and will now likely have to pay my developer even more money to drop the endicia integration and just go with stamps. It looks like that is what I should have done in the beginning but I actually found bad reviews on stamps which I actually think now might just be endicia workers badmouthing the competition.

To sum up... endicia is HORRIBLE at helping you with ANY issue, even the smallest ones. DO NOT USE ENDICA
