"I purchased some software from this company (Cloudmounter) which threw errors when I ran it. I removed it from my device and contacted the company saying I was not happy with the product, it had errors, and that I wanted my money back. Since then (almost 2 weeks ago) I have been treated so poorly by the company. They refuse to refund my money unless I basically troubleshoot their software for them. They keep saying "it is not our policy to refund" and "we sell as-is".
What is that? I might get stuck paying for this crappy software just because this company (apparently) doesn't care at all about it's customers. I've even talked to management and they echo the same talking points.
Stay away from this company, find a reputable firm instead."
"I've been using USB network gate for a couple of weeks now and must say that it is a great solution for sharing USB dongles among the people in the office. There are a number of people that constantly need that one specific dongle to start the software and it became much easier just to share it over the network instead of passing it around."
"We have been using USB Network gate for Linux to share USB keys for software we own between different PCs for 6 years and we never had any issue for compatibility with the devices: they just worked (of course one device for one pc at any time).
We are also really happy for the cross-OS compatibility: our server runs on Ubuntu and our clients are running Windows XP/7/10. We are also able to share the devices over our VPN.
We suggest to buy the Lifetime Upgrades since new version of linux (Ubuntu in our case) tend to break the compatibility with the software, so if you want to update your server, you need the latest release of the software.

"Basiclly experiencing the same issues as the other reviewer posted, but with a different software option for my PC (mapping google drives). Took 2 days for support to even respond to my request for a refund, and now saying they have to troubleshoot why its slow.... It just is, stinks, and also crashes two different PC's that I installed it on. There really is no "Guarantee" as stated on the website, do not belueve that when it doesn't work, they will do the right thing. Going to resolve my issue with the credit card companies help. Stay AWAY. "
"Horrible Customer Service! I had an issue that was 'time sensitive' and was referred to Eltima. I paid for and attempted to download their product only to then find it was not Windows7 64bit compatable. I tried for days to contact via phone & website for assistance. Ultimately I chose a competators software and it has been working seamlessly. I did finally recive an email from Eltima stating that they would not honor their 'Honor based refund policy' because the product was not malfunctioning. They said because I could upgrade to a different software that that was my only option. They don't care that I have already been charged, that I couldn't use their software, and that because I now have a competitors software - have no use for 'an up-grade' I strongly reccommend that you choose a different software provider. I have exchanged several emails with them asking for refund and although it is abundantly clear that I was never able to successfully download and use their product, and even though they have taken my money - they still refuse to refund my purchase. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere! Terrible experience with Eltima! "
