"Well I broke my own Cardinal rule when I ordered from this company. I did not check ResellerRatings.com until after I ordered. I know, lazy I guess. But once I read all the reviews on this site I was appalled. 15 horrible reviews. Well I figured I'd never see the items (a case and some screen protectors for my new G-1). And I had already resigned myself that I wasn't going to go thru the hassle of a Pay-Pal dispute, or send reports to BBB or the FTC and all of that BS. So I figured I just flushed $30 down the drain.Well, yesterday I went out to the mailbox and and found a yellow package amongst my other mail and figured it was the Micro SD card I had ordered from Newegg almost 2 weeks ago. Much to my amazement when I got the package into the house and found that it contained a nice leather case and a package of screen protectors. Exactly 6 days from the order date which was on a Sunday. Well I don't know if I'd order from them again as I feel, based on all the previous reviews that I was very lucky. But in all fairness, they performed perfectly in my case. As a matter of fact, they out performed Newegg which has a reputation for being one of the best in the business.

"This company is AWFUL! I ordered using my PayPal account. They took the money and have not confirmed the order nor responded to any of my requests for status. I am furious and really ticked that PayPal won't do anything about it until 45 days have passed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out this company is a company of bonafide CROOKS so why do we have to wait 45 days to get retribution? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ELITE WIRELESS PRODUCTS, MK WIRELESS OR ELITE EXTREME. YOU WILL BE SCREWED OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!"

"Do business at your OWN RISK with Elitextreme.com!! Here is what is happening with my purchase:

11/28/2006: Placed order with Elitextreme for 1 blue, 1 red Naztech Sport Universal Carrying cases (NS-ar, NS-nb) total cost for order 41.47.

11/28/2006: 41.47 paid via PayPal.

11/28/2006: Received order confirmation email from Elitextreme. Delivery to ensue within 24 hours, with product receipt within 4 to 5 business days.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Received (non tracked) envelope with the red carrying case only.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Called Elitextreme Customer Service ***-***-****) and was told that the blue carrying case would be shipped on Monday, 12/18/2006, and would be delivered no later than Wednesday, 12/21/2006. Confirmed definite before-Christmas delivery.

12/15/2006 (Friday): Called again to verify previous information, and was told that it had actually been shipped on 12/14/2006.

12/20/2006 (Wednesday): Nothing received yet, called Customer Service. They confirmed that the blue carrying case had indeed been shipped on 12/14/2006.

12/24/2006 (Sunday, Christmas Eve): Offices closed. I sent an email to Elitextreme’s Customer Service Department asking for information and explanation. Received no response.

1/2/2007 (Tuesday): Still nothing. Called Customer Service Department again, and was told that the blue carrying case had been shipped on 12/29/2006. He said that there was no record of it being shipped on 12/14/2006 as I had been told previously. He promised me that he would email me the shipping confirmation and tracking information by 1/3/2007.

1/3/2007 (Wednesday): I have received no email. I tried calling Customer Service repeatedly for many hours the line remains busy.

I looked up customer reviews online for this company, and found that this seems to be this company’s pattern and mode of operation. They seem to be stringing me along until the 45 day limit on PayPal complaints is up.

It is apparent to me that Elitextreme has no intention of making this order right, nor compensating me for the order or inconvenience of this experience.

Elitextreme has until 1/5/2007 to deliver the order or I will stop payment on my order and level complaints with the BBB for Casselberry Florida, the FTC for nondelivery of goods as well as not complying with their shipping guarantees, as well as local law enforcement authorities.

UPDATE: 9 January 2007: After filing the complaint with PayPal and threatening to report them to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement, Elitextreme sent me my product. It is so sad that it takes such a threat to have them come through with the order. I received no communication from them, no emails or phone calls, and nothing but the product in the envelope (no invoice or receipt... nothing.) I say do business with them at your own risk, and be prepared to file complaints and take a heck of a lot of time documenting and then reporting "everything" to the authorities. It was only because I had specific documentation of phone calls (dates, times, who I talked to and what they said), emails (I had copies of my emails but no replies), order dates, credit card payment dates (they bill your credit card the day of the purchase, not when the items are sent, which I believe is illegal--I think they can only bill you when the item is actually sent), etc. that my complaint was heeded.
Consider yourself warned! (And if you are a victim, take this advice on how to handle it and run with it... it's your only hope.)

"Not a store, a SCAM!

Oh, and now they call themselves "Elite Extreme", or www.elitextreme.com. Visit their website to see how polished a scam site can look, just don't give them your credit card number!

I ordered a cell phone antenna July 4th 2006. I got order confirmation, but the item never showed up.

I emailed and was told to call. I called and was told I'd get a refund, which never showed up.

I called multiple times, and got a different flimsy excuse each time why my refund wasn't processed. Lost my cancellation, accounting hadn't processing it, forgot to print an internal receipt, blah, blah, blah.

The last time I called, the guy just clammed up. When I asked him if the site was just a scam, he wouldn't even deny it, just stayed silent.

It's now Oct 14th, and no refund.

Don't take my word for this - see www.epinions.com and search for Elite Wireless to see the nearly identical experiences many others have had.

"I ordered some cell phone accesories on August 18 and filed a dispute with Paypal on Sept 18. This company then proceeded to mail me an envelope with only styrofoam peanuts and an invoice slip with a 15% off coupon. I paid over $19 for items for my cell phone. But only received a nearly empty envelope sent regular mail with a tracking number. Paypal's policy is that all a merchant has to show is a tracking number for proof of delivery. What a joke!!! This company ripped me off by taking my $19. Don't deal with them. I've since found all sorts of bad fraud reviews about this ripoff company. "

"Have been waiting for over 3 weeks for(2) Stylus' for my Treo 650. Tried calling their support number with limited success. They immediately charged my credit card which usually does not happen until the item ships. In addition, after calling and not recieving the product after the first week I was told it was on back order and would be shipped that Friday. That was (2) weeks ago. I called again today and was told the same lame excuse, "it'll be shipped this Friday." The person on the phone told me that person "screwed up." I asked him why the product hadn't been ordered immediately after I placed my order because they sure charged me immediately. He only stuttered. "My daughter ordered again from this company on faith that the first time was a fluke. We can now say both orders were charged immediately but not shipped until a phone call to the company was made only to be told it was on back order. "I placed an order online on 3/15/06 and within 2 days they billed my card for the total amount. It is now 4/2/06 and I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous email's with no response and their 'live chat' is never up an running. "I placed an order for a case on Mar 7 and it charged the credit card the very same day. It is now Mar 21 and i still have no case. It says on the website it hasnt even shipped yet. I call the number and no one answers. I plan on reporting them as soon as I talk to someone from the company, if that ever happens. "Note that these comments are in reference to elitextreme.com, which I believe is the same store based on other comments.

In short, the company took my order and my money, but in 2 months have not sent the item I purchased or given a refund I requested. After about 4 weeks, I called and was told my order had been back ordered and just shipped. But when I contacted them a couple weeks later, was told the item was still back ordered, so essentially the shipping part had been a lie. I then cancelled the order and 2 weeks have now gone by and I have not received a refund to my credit card as promised. I called again today and was told they were still processing it, and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Apparently, you get much quicker response when they are taking your money than when they're giving it back.

At this point, I'm just waiting to see if the refund ever does arrive.

Also, note that their customer support can be reached, but you must be persistent. Over 1/2 the emails I sent where ignored, the phone numbers above were often busy, and always got put on hold for a while once I got through.
