"1. I ordered a Skyhawk 4616 Black Aluminum case with a free Skyhawk 400W PS for $69.99, a Black Floppy for $17, a Vantec TF8025 fan for $10 and an $8 power supply bench test. Shipping was fast (and free) and arrived on time. The case is nice, and so are the lights but the black paint is cheap in quality and chips easily off the aluminum. Every thing else is new and appears in good shape. The only real problem I had with this order is that my floppy was shipped within a small cardboard box that held the case supplies and was not secured. This caused it to rattle around in the case during shipping and dented the PCI/AGP slot expansion panel, but damage was minor and an easy fix as it is aluminum. The shipping box was the case box.
2. My next purchase from them was an Asus P4C800-Deluxe motherboard (also with free shipping) for $182 on 15 Nov 2003. I used a $10 coupon from the previous order. I received an email saying that the board was out of stock and I could up grade to the Deluxe-E version for $12 more and the Email gave me an 800 # to call. I called the next day and asked if the could drop the price by $5 (another site had it cheaper and that was the difference) they would not, so I canceled my order. They were very polite on the phone. I was refunded by the next week (less than 7 days). My one problem with this transaction was that their web site that the original board was still in stock the day I called and for a few days after that.
Yes I will probably order again from them, but I think their packing of products needs improvement. They also need to update stock info for each product on their web site.

"This was my first order from Electroseller and my last. How they merit as high a rating (9+)on Reseller ratings is a mystery to me. The case I ordered from them (Sky Hawk PSR5605-BL-QWN Matrix)arrived fast enough but it upon visual inspection it was obvious that the unit was used and abused. The Sky Hawk Matrix is a aluminum case and the one I recevied was scuffed, scratched, and dinged up both on the exterior and interior; it also had stains from liquid on it. I sent them e-mail complaining about this as soon as I saw it, as per their policy. In Their first response to me they directed me to closly examine the shipping carton for damage and or rough handling by the shipper (of which there was none). How UPS could ever do this kind of damage to a shipment is beyond me. My advice is for all to stay away from Electroseller.com, avoid them like the plague. The only good thing I can say about them is that they did issue a credit to my c.c. in less then 30 days but that maybe because I filed a dispute with my c.c. company immediately. I think their "Free Shipping" is also questionable too, although I only had to pay for return shipping thier policy on returns seems to indicate they will try and deduct the "Free Shipping" cost from any returned orders."
