"Bought a phone in on their website a Friday afternoon. I needed a phone asap cuz mine was already on life support. I contacted the company via their phone number on their website right before they closed for the weekend. The rep was extremely nice and took his time to answer all my questions and answered everything with manner and respect. He did confirm to me that the phone I wanted was in stock, in hand and he would make sure to ship it to me before they close as soon as I call back after I finish my order online. I called back and indeed he managed to ship the Google pixel 6 to my via priority mail and I got it the following Monday! Thanks a ton!! Expect more purchases from me in the future!!"

"I ordered a phone from their website at around 3:30 EST on Thursday and chose to have it overnighted, as my phone's screen had died. Now, mind you, the business hours are 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM EST. Since it was to be overnighted, and this was well before closing, I assumed it would be shipped out, and I would receive it today. Well, I was incredibly wrong! When the charge was still sitting on pending the next day at around 12:30 PM (a Friday), I called. It was my displeasure to speak to the rep. I asked the individual why the transaction said pending, and I was told that if I had read the shipping policies, it takes three days to process (it says 1-3 days), and since it was Friday, it would not be shipped out until Monday.
When I asked why that isn't displayed prominently when one is ordering, I was told that I should read the policies before buying anything online. I said I purchase many things online and was told, "Do you, sir? Do you?"I replied that I don't think I should have to read through a long document to find this information out, and for the record, that information is at the bottom of the page. I was told it was not a long document. I then said that he had an attitude, and he replied that I should listen to myself. I then said that I didn't understand why I was being treated this when I was a paying customer. He then replied, "Oh, I'm a customer. I'm a customer." I asked that he cancel my transaction, and he said he already had because they didn't want people like me as customers. I then went and purchased the same phone from someone else. My experience was terrible, but I am glad it was good for others."

"The whole 3G being shut down and switching to a 4/5G device for today's network made things a bit confusing for myself and my dad that till this day has been stuck with a flip from from the 2000's and didnt want to switch to an iphone or any kind of smartphone, he likes to live in the past. Gladly as we stumbled upon electronicsforce while searching for a suitable phone for my dad we managed to find a kyocera flip phone, I placed the order on the website and it came in all in its glory with the factory taping and brand new without its original box, the I would expect a phone that came out back in 2016 not to be in a new box anymore. But anyhow I'm happy that I have my quit time from my dad bugging me about verizon and their new network, and in overall happy that I made business with electronicsforce. It was quick and easy and in appreciated them highly!"
