"Not recommended. Site lists things for sale that are out of stock. After placing the order, calling in, getting upsold on the required insurance, and being charged, I waitied a few weeks with my order still not showing up on the "my account" page. I called in and was told that my order was "damaged or stolen" during shipping. They expected new stock in a few weeks (even though the website says "in stock". They promptly refunded my money, but I would not deal with them again, nor recommend them. Apparently some people get TVs and are happy, but from reading the reviews, grill orders seem to be a problem."

"Ordered a weber grill from them over three weeks ago and have not received it yet. It looks like I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card. Calling their customer service resulted in an argument over what when the 14 business days for shipment started. Their original email said that it would be received within 14 business days from when the order was confirmed, they argued that it was from the day it was shipped. Well it's now past that too. "

"Very pleased overall. Purchased Sony Bravia XBR 52 inch. Took about l0 days or so to arrive. If you want the white glove delivery ==ie bringing it into the house and out of the box to check if it turns on--not geek type set up--it wasn't clear how to choose White Glove in online delivery choices. I called customer service to arrange that. This had a great discount, don't ask me how they do it.

Note: you may get an email asking for a call to confirm your order. I did and didn't open it, no matter, it shipped. But they do tend to confirm orders this way. It's unusual so be sure to note. Dont have order date exactly

"I got my Canon EOS 60D from them.

Pros: good list prices, actively follow up.
Cons: hassles on phone calls.

"UPDATE: I had an issue with shipping of my Weber grill being delayed. After posting on this sight, there customer service manager called me, twice. He apologized for the warehouse problem, called / re-routed the trucking company and refunded the insurance payment for my inconvenience. I never expected anything like this from an internet based company. I am changing my rating because of their very profession action. I will buy from them again.

"In July 2010, I purchased a Samsung PN50A550 50" plasma TV through electrozone.com. The next day, a rep from electrozone called me and convinced me buy a 3-year CPS warranty for $100.

A couple months ago I tried to file a claim on the warranty and realized that I had never received an email to register for the warranty. Since then I tried several times to call electrozone spending an excessive amount of time on hold. Finally, on 6/13/11 in frustration I posted my review on this site.

I must say I am impressed with Electrozone's response. Both Jeff and Kevin promptly called me first thing on 6/14. I am very pleased that they are actively working on resolving the issue.

"I researched all the plasma TV models and had my heart set on the exact one on sale at ElectroZone. I was upset when I got the phone call that it was permanently out of stock. The folks at ElectroZone went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer, giving me a deal on a similar model that we absolutely LOVE. We couldn't be happier! "I ordered a Weber Gas Grill online on Monday 5/30/11. Received an email stating that I had to call and confirm the order. Called and confirmed on 6/1/11. During the call was advised about the shipping insurance that they would be adding. After arguing about it...I finally agreed on the insurance.

It's now 6/3/11 and I tried to check order status and it says my order is backordered....yet the site still shows the unit in stock. I have sent them an email so we will see what happens. I'm afraid that I'll probably get shafted on this...keeping my fingers crossed that they come through.

Update 6/3/11...I spoke to Jeff and was told that they are having difficulties getting in their shipment from Weber (I have a freind that works at Weber so I'll be double checking their story). Anyhow...they said that they don't know when their shipment will be in so they want to cancel my order and refund my money immediately. They also promised to notify me if/when their order arrives from Weber and will sell me the same unit at their original price. I'm told that they will be giving me a $25 credit on my account for future purchases which really does me no good right now.

I's been a couple hours since I spoke to Jeff...yet no credit back to my card. He is gone for the weekend too.

UPDATE----

It took a couple days but they did refund the money to my credit card. They also did call me to tell me that they were able to supply the Weber Grill after all. However, I had already purchased the same grill from another online vendor.

I would have to say that they were trying their best to be helpful after the fact.

UPDATE AGAIN...I just checked my credit card and there is now a a fraudulent charge to Old Navy. I haven't used this card since I gave it to Electrozone for the original purchase. Can't say for sure that they or someone there did this charge...but it seems suspicious.

"Well had some problems with the product that arrived, I told them that I was not satisfied with the product and since Jeff and the owner have been working with me to make sure im satisfied...currently waiting on replacement television and they are throwing in some free 3D glasses. Although their shipping company should probably be changed, overall they seem to really care and want to make sure that I am completely satisfied. I will update once my television arrives."
