"Worst kind of ONLINE SCAM. I purchased an Optoma HD20 projector for a really good price. Two days after I placed the order I was called by electrocloseout.com and asked if I wanted a bulb. They said that the bulb was not included and that is why it was priced low. I was told that if I wanted a buld that it would cost a lot extra.
When I told them to cancel the order I was told no because it was in process. So I ordered the bulb at the extra price, the one that came in the projector FROM THE FACTORY. If I had said to ship it with no bulb it would have been taken out of the projector.
The sales person was very, very rude and pushy.

"This is a zero integrity bait and switch outfit. I was sucked in by their low price, but the fast talker East Coast guy on the phone had a pre-calculated slick gimmick lie to hook me with, and I went for it because it was a super deal, but the goods did not arrive that were described to me. Then I did not have a hard copy of my order, only verbal, with no proof of his bald faced pre calculated lie about what was to be shipped.
So...... they may have the lowest price, but, do not get suckered into believing their lies over the phone.
Don't think that you can cancel your master card invoice if you get screwed, because you will get a bad credit rating. Stick with B&H or elsewhere. Good luck!"
