"I purchased an expensive JVC S-VHS\DVD recorder combo [SR-MV30U]. I spent 30 min on the phone waiting for a tracking number. When unit arrived, the output was terrible when compared to a DVD player and S-VHS deck that each cost less than $80. Colors bleed, very visible banding on progressive component outputs etc., certainly not the quality that JVC promises in their ads and on the phone. I called Electrified to return the unit, but they wouldn't take it back, saying that if I clicked on the "imiportant item details" field on their web page, I would have known that I could not return the item. The truth is, the info listed under "important item details" specified that products that are "special ordered" cannot be returned. No where on their website does it say that this is a "special order" item, and it's not on the invoice either. On PriceGrabber.com, these guys list the product as available. I guess I'm the stupid one for thinking that meant "they had it" in stock. They did have a good price, but the purposefully vague references they made regarding returns and items that are "special order", would keep me from buying anything from them again. Now, I have a sub-par, but brand new SR-MV30U that I have to get serviced by JVC because JVC will not ship a replacement to me, although I'm pretty sure they could ship a replacement to the gang at Electrified if they asked. "
