"During the check out process, there should be a note explaining any delays in the processing of the online order. If there are delays due to back orders or items out of stock, there should be an email sent letting customers know of the delay. Overall I will buy from electricsuppliesonline.com again! After contacting them by phone they said they had made a mistake and would send the correct ones as soon as possible . That was in Oct 2012 , it is now 2-1-2013 and NOTHING ,not even an Email."
