Attempted to track the artical and it comes up as nothing found with no explanation??( AFTER REVIEW WAS POSTED A REP FROM EKeyfobs called me and informed me that I used an I instead of an L for my tracking # after checking found that he was correct .My mistake sorry for the inconvenience.Order is on its way."
"I had no issue what so ever with placing the order, however I made a mistake on the part number I ordered which I caught immediately after placing the order. I called immediately and got put to voicemail and left a detailed message about needing to swap the one I ordered with the proper part number, and I included the correct part number in my voicemail. They were exactly the same price, just needed it changed. I also immediately after that, followed up with an email with all the same detail for correcting the order. I never heard back from anyone and the wrong item showed up instead of the one I wanted. Since the one I ordered by mistake will still work I chose not to return it but it would have been nice to have received a return call or email, or at least the corrected part number I requested in both my email and voicemail."

Thanks to Sean, I have a working fob again! Also, I didn't have to pay for shipment of the non-working fob back to ekeyfobs. Yeah! I would shop here again.
Additional Info:
One of the Fobs stopped working after 2 months. It was the secondary fob. I have tried a few times to get support, but no one answers the emails or returns the voice mails. Very disappointing, indeed!

The Fobs work GREAT! The instructions are really easy, and I was worried that we would not be able to make them work.
The greatest part is that I ordered them on a Saturday, and they arrived on Monday! I did pay for the 1-3 day shipping, but I was expecting them on Wednesday at the earliest."
