"My employer is paying $250 of the premium each month, but when going thru the process of setting up future payments this is not mentioned at all or subtracted from the future payment amount shown at the end of the application process. We were told to download a check image at the beginning of the application process, but the information is never asked for again when we actually get to the section where banking information is used. Feeling out the form as is with a mix of information from the check image we were told to use, and our own personal information does not feel right. And, for future billing options there was only one option available "bill me later". After the monthly premium portion paid direct from my employer the remaining portion of the premium I am responsible for is supposed to come out of my pay check.

I feel like the whole process was confusing with a lack of information and definitions of terms used was available. The online chat did did not resolve anything and co-workers had no luck trying to clarify the same issues when the called the help number directly.

This site needs an overhaul for easier use, and needs more detail and options for billing and payment information."
