"well first time i ordered from them item was listed in stock but after my order didnt ship after 3 days i contacted their live chat 4 days after ordering this was a Wen and when i ask why my order had not shipped was told it was weekend should ship that day or next well after 3 days i finaly emailed ****@**** next day she replys telling me the item i ordered was out of stock and should be in in a week and mind you the item stayed listed as in stock until i told lucy that over a week after i ordered it was still listed as in stock within an hour it changed to out of stock even though they new for a week now afteer i said i was going to post my problem with them unless they made this right well within 2 hours lucy said that they found one and they will refund the shipping i paid $12 and was going to ship it out right then she emailed me a tracking number then 3 days go bye and tracking still says seller informed them they were going to drop a package off but they had not received it yet so i contacted lucy who swears she dropped it off herself and that sometimes it takes awhile for the tracing to show anything but rest assured she did ship it well 3 more days and she said the same thing almost verbatim so i contacted 17 trac on twitter and as them if they can find out if a package with that tracing number had been shipped or showed up anywhere and an hour later responded bac with no the tracing number only was given when they got a shipping label for the package but no matter what a seller says that a packages are scanned when the seller delivers them to the shipper and it only takes 24 hours max for that to show in the tracking but as far as when he checked it had not been given to the shipper so i emailed Lucy and sent her a copy of what the guy 17 trac had found or not found and then it hit me that day was the day their shipment of the item was supposed to arrive and guess what showed up tracking clearly stated package received from seller and showed that date and that it arrived only 6 hours earlier so its not the time that i waited but the ie of it being in stock when it was not and her lying about shipping it when they had just got the shipping label and gave me the tracking number to stall me she did refund the shipping charge but not in cash but in store coupon which i was not happy with and did not use it for a while but when i did guess what happened well that nightmare i will tell about in my next review"
