Sent two emails and made three phone calls - no response. Web site clearly states that any orders over $5000 (I spent 15,000) are shipped overnight. Not the case. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am opening a dispute with Paypal and my credit card. Very unresponsive business."

"Around March of 2020 I purchased my first order from this company - a gold cross pendant. It was beautiful, no scuffs or scratches. The diamond on it was marvelous, so shiny and clear. After production, they shipped my order and I received it within 2-3 days. Wonderful first experience. A few months later, I placed another order with Edwin Novel, and again, same wonderful experience. Then around Christmas, I ordered a ring for my mother and there were a bit more complications than I had anticipated. After the production time on my order was taking longer than usual, I emailed the company. They were very responsive, they got back to me within the hour, so that I appreciated. They explained that because of the Covid outbreak, some of their staff caught the virus and they were having difficulties trying to produce and ship out orders in a timely manner. With that being said, I did not receive my mothers present until a week after Christmas. I was a little disappointed , but nonetheless, the ring was beautiful and she loved it. I understand these types of situations are out of their control. My last purchase I made with Edwin Novel was about a month ago on February 2nd, I ordered a set of 18k white gold stud earrings and BOY am I impressed!!
