I've had wonderful results with their costumer service the times that I have had to use those channels but I will say it has been very few times and due to errors on my part not their own (so far at the time of writing [12/12/2020]
Their shipping so far has been not only discreet but almost always timely if not earlier than expected. Just in case you're eager for your packages arrival, they even hook you up with a free tracker on your packages so you can watch their journey and get updates about any issues that may happen between Eden to the shipping folks to you the costumer.

Kept in contact with me for an extra week until they knew I got it and offered to send a replacement if I hadn’t received it by the end of the week.
