"I purchased the M3 DS Simply from this website and was extremely nervous. Not many sites that sell this item have good ratings. I ordered it on a Sunday and got it today (Thursday 3/29). They shipped it Priority USPS and sent a tracking number. The tracking number didn't show me any progress on where it was in the US but it did reassure me that it was shipped out.

I am very pleased with my purchase there. I had no problems at all so I didn't have to contact them for any customer service. Because of that, I cannot grade their customer service.

I'd recommend them for purchasing an M3 DS Simply.

"I ordered R4DS (one of the few stores without below a 5 rating that had one in stock - and in North America) on Thursday and it came in on Tuesday. The only problem I had was that they sent a tracking number as soon as I ordered (automatically generated from stamps.com) that didn't work throughout the process. Not sure if it's their fault, but I was like "why doesn't my tracking number work?" and they emailed me back "is your address correct?" I said "yes" and they emailed me back "your package has been delivered". So I guess that the tracking number just didn't work because it shipped so fast (Thursday order, Tuesday received). Either way, I got my crap and I'm HAPPY! Also, pretty cheap and well packaged ($40 for R4, $5 for shipping, in an extra shipping box).

"I was absolutely shocked... I ordered an 'M3 DS Simply' on Monday the 5th. I had it in my hand by noon on Wednesday the 7th. That was with the $4.99 shipping option.

It arrived perfectly packed without so much as a scuff on the retail packaging. It's too bad their selection of items I require is so limited. I would love to deal with this company again.

I'll just settle for leaving this well-deserved, glowing review here and recommend them to friends and associates.

"I bought an R4 Revolution from Echostore, choosing 2-day AIR because I had never done business with them and wanted tracking info. I ordered it Sunday night, so I expected to have it Wednesday at the latest (they're in IL and I'm in CA.)

I hadn't heard anything from them Monday so that afternoon I sent an e-mail. I got a reply back very quickly saying they just shipped it using a courier TNT (never heard of them), and upgraded it to OVERNIGHT at their expense. WOW!

The next day came and went. No R4. Wednesday comes and goes. No R4. Finally after repeated calls to the TNT company (over the course of 3 days) I finally got it. TNT is horrible, and Overnight delivery to TNT means 3 days I guess. It's really not Echostore's fault, but they chose a substandard carrier instead of proven leaders like FedEx or UPS. My advice? DO NOT USE SPECIAL SHIPPING - CHOOSE GROUND (they ship USPS).

After the major hassle of TNT, Echostore offered to refund $20 of the $26. I pressed them and finally they took off the entire difference of 2-DAY versus ground ($26).

I had two colleagues order the same product (Ground) and not only did Echostore ship right away, they received product in TWO DAYS. I would buy from these guys again, but nix the AIR options.

"Just like the last two posters, I ordered a R4 Revolution from Echostore on Wed. Within 23 minutes of payment, my item shipped! I received it on Friday with Priority mail.

Awesome price, speedy shipping, and great service. I would certainly purchase from them again.

"Bought a R4 Revolution (DS) card on Friday night, store shipped it out the same night, received it on Monday. I recommend this store for buying the R4 Revolution (and have already recommended it to my coworkers in the market for a card).

Bottom line: Lightning fast shipping, good price (at least for the flash kit). Can't comment on customer service as the product was not defective.

"I purchased continuous ink system (CIS) for Canon Pixma ip5200 from Echostore. CIS worked for 2 days then printer head clogged. Cleaning did not help. After some time printer showed error code 6502 (need for repair) Canon agreed to exchange printer (fortunately) Echostore representative tried to convince me that CIS is fine and have to work on IP5200. Nevertheless CIS did not work and Echostore failed to resolve the issue by advice or by replacing the product. No response on my request to return the item. Phone is not functional, answering machine is on any time of the day, and nobody retuned my calls."

"We purchased two continuous ink systems from EchoStore, and both of them started leaking all over the place - what a mess. We contacted EchoStore - first by phone without any response, then by email. Finally, they offered to replace the defective systems with fresh ink for $70 since most of the ink had leaked out. And we only paid $52 for the ink in the first place!!

When we requested just the replacement of the CIS systems without the ink, we no longer heard from them - nothing.

Their CIS systems are of extremely poor quality, and communications with this company is terrible. They admitted that there was a problem with the product, would not replace it unless you purchase the ink.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their inks cost significantly more than other popular competitors, and their systems are made of cheap materials, and customer service is lousy.

Beware.
