"EasySeat was recommended to me by a friend. I was a little hesitant at first especially when I had to pick up the tickets since I ordered late. But, was very happy as the tickets were waiting for me upon arrival. EasySeat made ordering the tickets very easy and I will definitely use EasySeat again. I will also recommend EasySeat to my friends. Thanks for the great stress free experience."

"words cannot describe how awful my experience was this particular time around with easy seat...it was not easy, and i have ordered through easy seat many times. I was told on the phone by a representative that my session tickets for the AAC tournament at the XL center in Hartford would be exchanged for another session because the original tickets i order through your website NEVER came in the mail, and i am positive i did not select pick up at will call the hotel across the street, i selected the delievery method option on your website...so since my tickets never came in the mail i called you guys and explained everything to Eric and Eric ASSURED ME that he would fix this problem and call me back the next day. Unfortunately that was not the case...i never got a return call at all in the morning, i had to call you back and explain my whole situation over. I did not leave that day to go to the games because i had your word that you would exchange the tickets for the night games... at approximately 1:00 I spoke with your "manager" and she said she would look into this further and 'call me right back' at approximately 1:50 i recieved a call back from this women and she told me whoever i spoke to on the phone was wrong, and gave me misguided information. At 1:50 i was told i could still go to an event that started at 2:00 (and I live and hour hour away) ....so because the representative the night before messed up, my $115.00 was gone to waste. I will be the bigger man here and accept your no refund policy but for your company to make a "misguided information" mistake like that is unacceptable. I will not demand my money back, and I will not demand coupons, I will simply tell you to not make the same mistake twice and screw somebody else over like you did with me. I argued on the phone with your manager representative and there was absoultely nothing you guys could do. I will tell you again something that you guys can do and that is to not ever let this happen again. This is probably the worst customer service issue i have ever dealt with in my entire life. You gave me your word, and you screwed me over, you told me you'd call me back in the morning and fix the issue, and you simply failed miserably. I don't think I will be using your company from here on out and it is unfortuate for guys, because just the other day you mailed me a "VIP membership pack" in the mail because I had ordered through you multiple times. Do not do this again to other people because I can guarantee you other people will not take it well, as i am trying my hardest to be as nice as possible in my reviews to you guys. Oh and another thing, I was promised a $25 coupon for your screw up in email, which i never got also, so please don't bother sending it anyway as this will most likely be the last time i associate with this company. "

"Good experience! However, it seemed odd that more tickets were not in circulation at lower price points. The builidng wasn't sold out, and yet I know hundreds of Uconn fans that would have attened if more tics were available at reasonable prices. Is it better to have 3,000 empty seats in order to maintain a higher average ticket price? "

"Although I was able to use other websites and another window for EasySeat, my purchase of 4 tickets went into a wait state (i.e. hourglass) for about an hour and a half. On a chat with EasySeat, I found that the tickets had been sold to someone else. I didn't realize that an email that EasySeat had sent me sometime into my wait period indicated that my order had been lost. That type of email (if you happen to check it) is a great idea."

"The tickets were easy to order on line and easy to pick up at the Hartford Hilton Hotel lobby. There was plenty of help available and the process went quickly and smoothly including the kiosk in the XL Center Atrium directing people to the hotel lobby to pick up their Easy Seat tickets.
