"Hi! This was my first time ordering and I was unfortunately disappointed when I saw the canvas and it was wrapped so far under that my husband's foot is missing from the picture. It wasn't a full shoe on the picture I used, only a partial...but at least you could see a bit of it. It just looks odd. Maybe I should have used a different picture, but I thought on the proof that we were a little higher on the canvas. It just looks off. Thank you though. "

"I ordered a custom size print to fit an antique frame. You only have the choice of full inch increments, but one of the measurements would be just big enough so I went ahead. Sadly, the actual mounted print was 1/8" smaller than that and we had real trouble with it. It hangs in a dark corner so the misfit isn't too obvious, but still ... grrr. The print itself was nice, it was stretched well over the wood, and was well packed for shipping."

If the tracking information is correct, I will be receiving my order 24 days after placing it. Almost a month! Yikes! Granted, I ordered December 11 during the busy Christmas season, but it still seems like an excessive wait time, regardless. "
