"Overall I would say I had a good experience with East Coast TVs, mainly just because I bought my TV from them for a good price and received it in perfectly good working order. I would say how ever that there customer service is terrible, there reps. are very fast talking, rude, lazy, highly unprofessional customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Im so happy that all worked out, because if something would have gone wrong I couldnt imagine having to go through their reps to get the matter sorted out. During the buying process I spoke with several different reps and every 1 of them behaved in the same manner. It was very disappointing. I just prayed that all would work out so I would not have to depend on those reps to help me cause I can only assume it would have been an extremely frustrating nightmare. So to sum it up, great TVs for good price but just pray you dont have to deal with the customer service reps."
