I was notified during all phases of the process. Shipping was expensive for mail service which was slower than expected, likely due to poor weather conditions. Packaging kept the material safe and undamaged. Overall good experience."
"Prices can be good; however, the shipping is extremely slow. Although their website says in stock and usually ships in 1 to 3 days my packages take almost a month to get to me; I have no idea why. I ordered on January 112th and did not receive my order until February 4th even though all items were in stock and " usually ships in 1 to 3 days". Another problem is their website. I have so much trouble trying to log in to the point where I finally give up. I can't even pay on their site so I have to pay through Amazon. And try to find a phone number to contact them, none is given even in your packing slip. So, although they have some good prices there are issues. Fact is I ordered some stuff and it took so long that I had to order it from another place. Now I have doubles. "
