"I was a customer of Earthshiftproducts.com for about 7 years, spending about $5K a year on products. That is, until November of last year (2017). Their customer service rep, screwed me on return shipping charges, because they shipped me a duplicate item. What the???? No matter what I explained to this guy, he wouldn't credit me the return shipping cost. I was really angry that they would treat a valuable customer the way they did. That did it. I have not purchased from them since and I don't plan to ever purchase from them again. No matter what hype they give about their products, the products are no better than what you can get at other reputable stores. In fact, I have since found organic raw nuts that are of much higher quality than their brand and every other product I used to purchase from them can be found of equal or better quality at a lower cost. So, don't be fooled with their hype that no other products are as good as theirs."
