"I need to edit my review for my apartment but that will be on their site. Basically my landlord refused to fix my air conditioner. Said it wasn't a necessity. So here I am on a tight budget with no A/C during this horrid heat / humidity wave. I searched and searched and finally based of a friends experience called E Appliance. To sum this up... As I type I hear the soft hum of my A/c and even on low its super cold in here!! :D I am a huge stickler for customer service though. I can hire a guy on craigslist to fix an A/C but these guys were awesome. Scheduled a time, they were ON TIME (unlike the cable company), instantly addressed, explained, and fixed the problem. Then told me if I wasn't satisfied, they had a 100% guarantee on all their work. Of course I am glad its fixed right the first time, but its good to know if something should go wrong they would make it right. Maybe if more companies operated like this you'd get more tech's like theirs who take their time.
