"Communication has improved, I really like the leadership team and realize and recognize how much they put into the school despite broader macroeconomic circumstances that are beyond their control. I do feel as though communication on illness for staff/kids should be more regular. I have heard some staff complain about being asked to come to school sick, which exposes are children to germs and starts a chain reaction of illness. I understand staff shortage fuels the need for staff to be present, but it also exposes everyone to sickness and creates a negative employee culture and experience which carries over to the children's experience."

"Teacher turnover is an issue all over but it is very stressful to not know who will be in the classroom daily. The schools should be cleaned daily by a professional cleaning team not the teachers. The winter menu is basically beans and not something toddlers would eat."

"The teachers are fantastic but have stretched thin due to low staffing levels at times. It appears to be improving but management didn't seem to have good ability to support the teachers that did show up everyday. Communication from management is poor to the families and sounds like also to the teaching staff. Many times they found information from the family community instead of management. Staffing meetings have been shared as meetings where the teaching staff hear about what they are doing wrong and how they should do things better. Doesn't seem to be much accountability from management team on things they are working on to improve operations and morale. Seems those messages would be key to help solve the other issue around employee attrition."

"There has been a lot of disorganized chaos. I never know what I am going to walk into when I drop off my child. This has caused a lot of grief for our entire family. Sometimes my child doesn't get dropped off in her room with her teachers and has to go to a different room. This type of inconsistent routine hurts her and causes a painful drop-off. It is because they do not have the staff even though they have been open since October 2021. Constant in and out of different teachers. The food is no where close to where it was- children received bread with melted cheese and canned pears for breakfast. This was not hte case when we first arrived."

"Overall we have had a fairly great experience - we have loved our oldest child’s teachers and experience. With our younger child, we have not had the same teachers since he started except for 1 which has made it hard for adjustment. We’d like to see more consistency and communication thru videos and photos from the teachers. It’s drastically improved in the last month or so with the addition of the new app. We really have loved a lot of the curriculum for school. Administrators seem somewhat scattered and stressed so there’s often no one at the front desk depending on the time of the day. When we’ve spoken to them they’ve been nothing but helpful and nice."

"Enrolling our 12 week old at the school took a huge adjustment for sure! The school was very accommodating with all of our questions and helped us gain confidence in our decision to keep our child enrolled and we are happy that we did! Everyone at the school knows our child and is always so nice to greet us when we arrive and say by when we are leaving!"

"Overall we love the school but there is too much turnover with teachers, which worries us as parents as to why teachers keep leaving. Teachers have almost all been great. PS teachers are excellent."

"We had a wonderful experience in the first classroom. The teachers were wonderful and our daughter ran into school everyday. I enjoyed the communications i received from the teacher - Conversations on the day and our daughter at drop off and pick-up, all of the photos in the app showed me all the activities and learning they were doing throughout the day. There seemed to be so many more learning activities. I feel like this new classroom is a 180 from communications from teachers, and I have no idea what she is learning each week."
