"School isn't as good after being sold and rebranded. Their app (Brightwheel) has great potential, but doesn't have a great interface or implementation. Policies get changed without any notification or explanation and sometimes run contradictory to what one would expect."

"It was great when it was Prestige Preschool Academy. With the change to Everbrook it has been a STRUGGLE. Many of the staff have left and the director seems inflexible as she does not have any regard for parents and their schedules."

"it has been great! The only thing I would suggest is for new families maybe focus on getting the orientation started before the first day. I had to come to the center and ask if we should do it, etc. I would also ask corporate to make sure you can call the exact center and not a call center via phone. There is a big delay in response because of this."

"It has been okay so far. We chose this daycare because they seem to have an excellent curriculum for the children there but don't see on a consistent base that being followed. For example I don't really see my infant being taught sign language. There is not as much reading as I thought there would be. I have explained to the teachers that constipation is a serious issue for my child that need detailed documentation of any bowel movements. I had to ask and remind the teachers 4-5x before they remember what kind of detailed documentation is needed. Every time there is a new teacher who is not a regular they don't document his bowel movements in details per our request. Today I had to send a message again to remind and ask for more details. We need it in order to decide the dosing of his medicine. For the price we pay it's not of high quality as advertised which is why we considered going somewhere else in the future."

"My child attends Everbrook because we need after-school care. Since he started 3 wks ago, I've been unimpressed with almost everything. Jill, the old director was friendly but the school was so short staffed and she never returned emails or calls. It sounded like she was almost always in a classroom. There is now a new director but there has been no communication from her and she's never at the front desk during pick-up, so I have no idea who she is. I hope she makes improvements to the school. I don't need the very best teacher for an after-school program, but the woman my child has is a poor excuse for a teacher. She doesn't communicate with me at all and I've seen her **** crack multiple times when I walk in and she is bending over awkwardly. It's unprofessional. The room is typically a disaster when I pick up my son. Also, the Everbrook room remains closed. We were told it would be open in 2 wks back in June but it's end of Sept. and it's closed. It would be a nice change of scenery for the older kids."

"Our school is warm, safe, and organized. I am I confident in the care and education he receives. He loves school and has so much fun there."

"There has been a lot of change. Staff turnover and many promises of all of this fun new stuff that we have yet to see meanwhile raising tuition with no consistency is hard for me to justify. We’ve rolled with it and it has been challenging but we are very confident in the new director!"
