"Most of the teachers that have stayed and gone are excellent and work with us. The director and assistance are friendly, but with the change over to Everbrook are not able to help parents with challenges and can simply tell us to take time off during the day and take it up with corporate."

"Honestly, we thought about taking our daughter out. We were frustrated with how things were going for her in her class. Thankfully, she was close to turning 3 and, once she turned 3, she moved up to the preschool class. And it's been AMAZING! Trenell, her teacher, is amazing and our daughter loves her and she loves our daughter! Trenell is patient, caring, loving and attentive to all of the kids in her class and has a structure in her class that ensures they are learning and developing. Trenell is the reason we decided to keep our daughter at the school. Super grateful and appreciative!"

"It’s been ok. Not bad but not great. The director usually takes no ownership for anything and uses the corporate line of ‘it’s out of my control’ for everything. She doesn’t make any positive changes to the school’s activities but has red fly started decorating the school and doing spirit weeks which she wouldn’t do earlier. It’s a struggle to get the director to listen to any concern and the general impression is that she does the bare minimum to keep things going. She’s very sweet and friendly but doesn’t inspire confidence in parents. The quality of teachers for pre school and above is also low and I’m concerned our kids will not be ready for kindergarten.Teachers are awesome and very loving. We really like all teachers The building and classrooms look shabby and old. Toddler room for 1 year olds is tiny and they need a larger room to practice their physical akills in. The larger room is currently closed. but director doesn’t seem interested in moving kids to the large room"
