"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- TOO MANY MISTAKES. It took 4 separate phone calls totaling 2 1/2 hours trying to get 40 pieces of an item to a corporate event today. I waited on the phone an average of 15 minutes per call as they put me on hold. I had to place the order on the phone. Immediately after placing the order, I received the standard order email response with the incorrect shipping address and the incorrect name on the shipping address. I called, and they told me it was changed but that I wouldn't receive another confirmation email. I called again to check on it, and it still wasn't changed. Customer service assured me it had been corrected. It shipped to the incorrect address, so FEDX returned to sender. This was for an important event! I missed the deadline and will not ever use this company again."

"Paid for 1 day shipping for a reason and just noticed my package wont be delivered in the PAID for time frame. Called Customer service and was told its not our fault. YES i ordered through you so it is your fault!. I expect to be fully Refunded my shipping costs. Great service and communication. It was my first time purchasing from ESPN Shop so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everything turned out great. I placed my order August 23rd and it was shipped the next day. All updates were sent to me via email every time my order status changed. I even got a 15% coupon off my next perchance. I'm guessing that only applies to new customers though.
