"I ordered a Pioneer DVD-R-104 DVD-RW drive on July 4 from their web site. Got an automated confirmation e-mail shortly thereafter. On July 5 received an e-mail stating that the drive shipped. A UPS tracking number was included. I received the drive when I expected (July 11 - 5 UPS business days from California to Indiana.) and it arrived in good condition. Based on this first purchase experience, I would try them again in the future."

After checkout(entered credit card info), the page to print comes up and starts we clearly marked that there is a $25 min. for our free shipping and that the order would be adjusted. Adjusted how much? I went back and went checked every page on the site. ONLY one page mentions the min. order cost, which was thier company info page. Who checks that? This was NOT CLEARLY MARKED. They never sent my email confirmation. Bad experience from company. Prices are ok, but not the best. Probably won't buy from again."

"Worst transaction ever!! This site falsely advertised the Pioneer DVR-104 of being able to burn CDRW at 8X and due to this information I bought the drive since I use CDRW a great deal. After buying numerous CDRW media I could not get dvr-104 to burn at 8X. Contacted Pioneer and they asked who was advertising that this drive would burn at 8X for their brochure clearly states only 4X. I gave them esbuy.com link and they a Pioneer customer service rep agreed ESBUY was misleading the public. Anyway I sent three e-mails to ESBUY all were IGNORED!! Oh they got all three of my e-mails alright because soon after they corrected their false misleading info from their website but they refuse to see their wrong in this situation and provide me with an RMA#. I will never in my right mind do business with these crooks again! "
