"I put in an order for a Radeon 9500 Pro on April 28, a monday. I received an e-mail right away with a link to track the status of my order. I checked it for 3 days and the order was still "pending." I sent an e-mail asking for the status of the order, but forgot to leave the order number. I did receive another e-mail asking for this number in which i replied to. It was friday by this time...5 days after the order. I didn't get an e-mail on sat or sun, but I expected as much on the weekends so I gave them till monday to reply. Nothing on monday and the order still showed as "pending" so I finally put in a cancel order on monday night after wasting a full week of my time. Strangely enough the cancel went through the very next day on tuesday morning. I ordered the video card at another company that afternoon and by evening I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped out that very same day. All this at a lower price than the one I originally would have paid for at ENPC...go figure."

"AWFUL! Do not purchase from this company if you can avoid it at any cost! I purchased a 19" monitor that came to me with only adjustable green and red. Blue color did not exist! I called the company for two reasons. 1. they did not include the cable, so i spent another 7.28 to get that. 2. to return it. I was told that i would have to pay return fees even though it was damaged. So add another 32.85. Danny gives me a RMA number and it was sent.

I come home two days later to find an email from ****@**** which i believe is Eileen to say that they have no idea why i returned it. from the email: But we don't give you RMA NUmber, We don't know why you return this package.

· All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA ( Return Merchandize Authorization) number which has to be obtained from our return department prior to your returning the product. Or you can go to "service" page and submit the Product Return Form. We will email you the RMA number.


No kidding!! Go talk to Danny, does this place communicate with one another???? Then after a week of "talks" with "Eileen" via emial about replacing this item (which is hard to understand the broken english) i was told that i would have to pay for ANOTHER monitor and would not receive my first one. from the email again: But unfortunately, we have to charge the money of second monitor which we shipped out today,because the monitor which you returned is crashed , the screen was broken, not like you described on the email and said it is only display everything in Green , so you have to contect with your local UPS and tell them that the package which you return to our company was damaged, they will give you their claim number and pay the money back to us, The tracking number od your package is xxxxxxxx.

My problem with this is that when I called Eileen and Danny today I was assured a FIFTH time that there would be no additonal charges and then I get this?? Not to mention, if it really was broken when they received it wouldnt they have known that a week ago WHEN they received? Whey did they wait a week to inform me of this. Lastly, notice her line that said that UPS will pay them?? So they will get paid three times for this ONE monitor! So in conclusion I will have to pay over $300.00 for a monitor that was displayed as $99.00 on their site.

"Loved this company. I chose it do to the lower price. Very fast shipping, and secure. I ordered the Pioneer A05 dvd-r/w. I did have a problem with the drive, it burned about 4 dvds, and stopped working. Got my RMA # right away, sent it back. I e-mailed the friday, and they got back saying they were waiting for it come in stock. They shipped it out tuesday. Drive works fine!"

"I ordered the following items below. The Heatsink and fan came in good condition and they are working great (my cpu hasn't smoked up :)). Unfortunately, the retail boxed Hercules 9700 Pro came broken. The heatsink and fan were unattached to the GPU. I requested an RMA for a refund via email on Friday morning. I didn't receive a response by Monday morning so I called for an RMA. They asked what was wrong with it and I was issued an RMA number right away. I sent the defective product back and I received my refund in less than 5 business days from the date of shipping, so about 2 days once they got it. I don't think I was charged a restocking fee either since it was broken when I received it, which I'm happy for. Additionally they gave me free upgraded shipping to overnight UPS which I thought was cool since I chose regular ground shipping.

Overall I'm happy with my experience through this seller, though a little dissapointed at the 9700 Pro's condition, they did rectify the situation.

"I ordered a Logitech Elite Keyboard from ENPC. They had one of the lowest prices on this keyboard, and using Resellerratings helped me to pick this company to buy from. I received the order confirmation immediately afteward, but it disappointed me somewhat that they provided no UPS tracking number. Some sites do not give this information out to prevent packages from being redirected by someone else, so I can understand this. I could have e-mailed ****@**** if I really needed the tracking number. The order arrived when expected, the packaging was excellent, and the keyboard works great. I would definitely order from this site again."

"i had a very positive experience. my order was shipped the day after i placed the order and it got here as fast as UPs ground could get it. i got two cool cathode tubes for 10 bucks a piece which is a steal. they're high quality and very bright. I'll prolly order again. as far as the other posts go, i didnt deal w/ customer service but i hope if i ever do i dont get a repeat experience of their stuff. if it's true, the owners really should try to be nice. you'd shoot to a high 9 rating in no time flat, esp with the prices and timeliness of the ordering. "

"Be carefull if you have a seperate shipping address.

I tried ordering a drive from ENPC, but my order was put on hold because the shipping address was different than the billing address. The email said to contact my credit card company and set one up - so I replied and said I had already done so before I placed my order. After waiting half a day without a responce, I tried emailing their service address. The next day at noon I still hadn't heard back, the phone number on their website is aparantly not toll-free, so I said to heck with it and ordered it elsewhere.

When I cancled the order they send me 3 replys and called me at home to confirm that the order had been canceled. That was nice, but if they'd responded a little sooner I might not have ordered from mwave instead.

"Pricewatch info is very misleading, Pioneer DVR-105 is listed as DVR-A05. They are rude, rude. Do not question or confront them. And they sometimes offer free ship, but you have to ask, and then say no. Don't waste your time or money."

"I bought a power supply from enpc.com based on their reseller rating and pricewatches list. The power supply came quickly. The packing wasn't great, the retail box was shoved inside a ups box that was a bit too small for it, so there wasn't any extra padding. The product was intact and fine, however, so no harm done. Overall a great experience"
