Very positive experience

"As opposed to some other customers, I had a very positive experience with eFloors. While we were deciding on a flooring, I called in many times to check prices. The agents were always very courteous and helpful. I finally called in to place an order for an Armstrong laminate and underlayment. Since the flooring was not an in-stock item, they called Armstrong to verify that it was in stock at their warehouse. It was so I placed the order and was told that it would take about a week for it to come to them and then another 1-2 days to get to me. The next day I called back and asked if I could add added another box of flooring to the order since we decided to also add a small hallway. They said it would be an additional order but I would still receive free shipping for the extra box. A week later we received notice of shipping and also a call from UPS to schedule the delivery. The flooring arrived in perfect shape. Although we had to pay tax since we are in Illinois we still saved a considerable amount of money as compared to local dealers. "

Worst company ever! Talk is cheap!

"Do nor waste any time ordering from this company, their prices are like a false store front. I ordered a sample, waited 3 weeks with nothing, called several times but always an excuse, and I have no idea why but went ahead and ordered the flooring. Website said in stock when I paid, however got an email next day stating out of stock for 3 weeks. 2 days After that, decided to cancel the order, was told money would be refunded in 5-7 business days. Still waiting, full balance still on card, and it's been 12 business days. Have called, emailed at least 8 times, with same lame responses each time. Was told last they managed to rush the out of stock and that's why it's taking longer. In the meantime, sample finally arrived and it's completely wrong. I can't believe any company can ethically operate like this."

Really late floors

"We ordered our floor January 2. It was supposed to come in 5 to 7 business days, it's been 18 days no floor. I have called 3 times. Each time they tell me it shipped that same day and promise me they will send a confirmation number within an hour and it never comes. I call back and then they say "no it didn't ship then, but it shipped today" -and then repeat that every couple of days. I got on here to make sure they are a real company and not a scam. I am very patient and don't mind waiting. If there is a problem then I understand. I however feel like repeatedly telling me that it has shipped when it hasn't and having to change our installation plans repeatedly is not a decent thing to do. Still hopeful that at some point I get my floors. I am going to write a review on a different site every day until I get an actual tracking number. The girls I spoke with were very friendly. I have ordered everything I buy from Amazon and everything else from online. This is my first ever review. "

No customer service!

"Placed order and did not receive a response after. On day 3, I decided to call the company and was on hold for over 11 minutes. I have since cancelled my order and filed a credit card dispute. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!"

Believe the negative reviews! Do NOT order from this company.

"You WILL NOT get a response and that goes all the way to the top (did my research). You WILL NOT get a refund. You cannot expect a reasonable delivery process. There is absolutely zero integrity to the company; from corporate on down. Spent hours filing formal complaints in two states, and nationwide. I have filed a review on every site I can find. TRUST the negative reviews. "

"I'm really not sure why there's so many negative reviews on here. My experience was excellent. I had been shopping for new laminate floors locally, and my wife and I picked out one's that we liked. We received a quote from our local place, and just to check how good it was we did some shopping online, which is how we came across efloors.com. They had the same product at a clearance price of $.70 less then what our local place could offer (we were buying just under 1,000 sqft), additionally were offering us free shipping, and as an added bonus it ended up being tax free because we were not from IL (we are in MD). I thought it was too good to be true, so I called the efloors phone number on their website, a live person picked up after a couple of rings. She was very helpful in verifying they had the product available in their warehouse, said it would ship next day via UPS, and I would have it in 4 business days. So I went ahead and placed the order on Dec. 9th. I received as called from UP freight on the 12th verifying that my shipment was in their facility in MD, and we set up an appointment for the 23rd for delivery. They gave me a time frame from 11:00 - 7:00, but said they would call a half hour in advance. I got a call on the 23rd at 10:30 saying they were on the way, and they arrived at my house at 11:30, were unloaded at gone by 11:40, and I was backed to work by noon. All 52 cartons were accounted for, packaged and plastic wrapped on a wooden pallet, with zero damage.

I have since unpackaged all 52 cartons, and there is 0 damage to anything. I am extremely happy with the entire purchase, and am excited for my new floors!

"Prices were great but the service was awful. I specifically told the person talking the order to have the freight carrier call my cell phone when the order was to be delivered. I work full time and cannot sit home everyday waiting for the delivery. Well, guess what , UPS was not given my cell number and I missed the delivery. So, now I have a contractor that will be sitting at my house with nothing to do on Monday except wait for the delivery while I pay him to wait. When I called EFloors.com to complain I was told my home number was the only one they had and offered no other compensation or explanation. I spent over $3,000 with EFloors.com but I guess that's not enough to ensure good customer service. Come on people is it really that difficult to write down an additional number? So all in all, I really didn't come out ahead on the price because I will be paying a contractor to sit and wait on delivery. Would not order from them again. It would be worth paying extra for the flooring to get some customer service."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDER FULFILLMENT of any company I've ever dealt with. In the last six months I've placed two orders with this company. The first was for flooring samples. They say they ship them out within 5-7 business days. I started calling every few days beginning on the 8th business day and they were unresponsive. Finally after it had been 3 weeks since my order, somebody admitted that there must be a problem and they had to redo the order. I got the samples a month after I'd originally placed the order. Then, months later, I ordered one box of flooring. I waited two weeks for the box to arrive and it was the wrong product! I reported it immediately and then began calling every couple of days. Finally, after a week and 3 phone calls, they said they'd placed a pick-up order with Fed Ex to return the incorrect box but they couldn't give me call tag number for Fed Ex so I can't schedule the pick up. Efloors won't send out the correct product -- that I ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago -- until AFTER they've received notice that Fed Ex has picked up the wrong one! Seriously? How is this my fault? If they cared at all about customer service they'd be getting the correct box to me ASAP. Instead, nothing is happening. I emailed them to get the Fed Ex call tag number and got no response. I've really never dealt with a worse company. It's now been 3 weeks since I placed the order and at this rate it will be over a month (again) before I receive what I ordered. When it comes to placing my big order for about 3 dozen boxes, rest assured I will be ordering from another company, even if it costs me more."

"don't believe all the nice reviews on their website - obviously they only share the good news there. I placed an order on 6/15 - was told it would ship in 2-3 days and product was in stock - no news about shipment so call - was told again order was delayed but would ship the next week - so we wait - again no email on shipment - call again - this time am told the truck is leaving Georgia on Tuesday, we'll have by Friday - no notice on delivery - finally call again and young lady tells me she don't know why I was told that - production on order has delayed product - it won't go into production until 7/5 but we'll have within a week after production - wait again - when no news of shipment comes call again - to find out production delayed till 7/28 - I find out later production delayed two more times to august date - we finally go out looking for new product and cancel order - I assume they make promises on delivery just to get orders. Why they couldn't be upfront with me from the beginning on how long it would take to get order is beyond me. Would NEVER recommend them to others. Did get a refund on my credit card and I'm sure they were glad they we no longing getting calls from me."

"I have never posted a review on a product but felt strongly about posting this one. Before we ordered from EFloors I read all the reviews on this page. To be honest - I was nervous about ordering anything from here after what I read. But my husband persuaded me to move forward with the order. On 5/1 I placed our order for 400 sq ft of laminate flooring. Before I placed my order I asked the sales lady I spoke to these questions: What is your return policy? What is your damaged goods policy? Is there a guarantee on the product from either EFloors or the manufacturer? If the order does not ship in the time frame you say, can I cancel my order without penalty? She answered all my questions and spent even more time going over other things I had not thought to ask. I placed my order after being told my item was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business day. As promised, on May 4th I received my confirmation of shipment and my floors were delivered to me on the 5th. The boxes were not damaged, and the product is EXACTLY what we saw in the store for double the cost. In the end I have to say how pleased I am with the service - and the cost savings was an added bonus! I highly recommend EFloors - and will order from them in the future! "

"Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They didn't mail samples ordered on March 10 until I filed a claim with Paypal, then I received only 2 of the 4 samples ordered on March 30. TWENTY DAYS. Ridiculous. So glad I found product elsewhere. No communication, no email when samples had shipped, nada. Look elsewhere for deals on flooring. "

"Ordered a bunch of flooring samples from Efloors.com. Received only a couple in the mail within the first 2 weeks. Called to question the remaining samples. Then a few more arrived. After 3 months, 5 samples never showed up. Called to get a refund, 3 times of the next 2-3 months. Still no refund. Each time I called, the girl (Rachel) who took my call would point blame on who I spoke to last time, but it was Rachel who took my call every single time that I called. I would recommend working with a local flooring company instead of this shady outfit. "

"Good prices. My tile was on backorder for two weeks which was kind of a bummer but we couldn’t find anyone else that had it in stock either. I received a email from Efloors explaining the backorder and another email only a week later saying the tile had shipped! Sooner than expected! The truck that delivered the tile pulled right up to the driveway and unloaded the crate for us. We saved quite a bit of money with Efloors and could not be more satisfied with the service. Time to install our tile.
