"Ecustomhitch was extremely friendly, helpful, and eager to help. I talked with a live person (no foreign answering service) who answered my questions and any concerns I had. The order was placed thru Wal-Mart on Monday. About 30 minutes later I received an email confirming shipment and received the tires the next day. Extremely fast free delivery considering I live in Ohio. I would definitely order from them in the future. It's rare to find such friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service anymore.
The tires and wheels arrived in perfect condition. As for wear, I won’t know until I get some miles on them, but they look exactly as advertised and appear to be well worth the money.

"I was weary of ordering from this company based on reviews. I called and spoke to their customer service person before I ordered. I needed seven 16" radial tires on galvanized rims. The person I spoke to assured me that the tires would match if I ordered them all at the same time. They did arrive all matching and exactly as ordered and they showed up several days earlier than promised. I rarely leave reviews but it seems this company may be getting the short end of the stick because most of the reviews start out "I made a mistake when I ordered". I ordered exactly what I needed and ended up happy with them."
"Bought from ecustomhitch on amazon. Had picture of Kenda Loadstar Trailer tire and wheel listing. I called ecustomhitch to verify this is what would be shipped and if they were instock as the listing stated. Was told YES and had plenty instock. They shipped 3 offbrand tires. I called them for an exchange for the correct ones and was told they don't have any. Asked how long would it take to get them to me and was told 3+ weeks. Unacceptable business practice. In proccess now of returning them and getting a refund. Also 4 days after my purchase the listing was still active on amazon and several other websites. I have spent hours on the phone with Amazon trying to get these listing removed so this doesn't happen to other customers. Very poor business practice (baitnswitch)! "
"I ordered 2 wheels and tires for my trailer, I misordered 5 lug instead of 4 lug. I contacted Walmart.com they said this comany would be in contact within 48 hrs. One month and a half and never heard from them, I wrote Walmart.com again. Never got an answer from Walmart or this company. I listed the wheels and tires on Craigslist and sold them. Got most of my money back. But leaned a lesson. Walmart and this company ought to be ashamedof their customer service"
"I'm amazed at the number of bad reviews on this site, but it does seem to me that alot of them are from years and years ago - so maybe it's just a time thing. I was nothing but pleased with my transaction from ecustomhitch. I actually ordered the wrong year hitch kit for my vehicle and not only did they offer to pick it up at no charge and send me the correct one.....the correct one sold for about $50 more and they didn't charge me the difference!!! They have gained a customer for LIFE!"
"I agree with all the other reviews. This is the WORST customer experience, ever! I was in a hurry and ordered a hidden hitch and wire kit from ecustomhitch through Amazon (they are a seller there as well). Thought I was ordering from hidden hitch. They first sent the hitch without the wire kit. I emailed ( because there is no phone customer service number) and the wire kit was sent out a few days later. When the wire kit actually arrived, the hitch would not attach to the car. My father, whom this was a gift, spent 3 hours with a friend trying to attach. They had to go to a body shop to get help where they discovered it was defective. After numerous attempts to contact ecustom for resolution and 1 1/2 month later (literally) they finally figured out that a manufactur they work with was handling communication with the body shop and the only person who know that was going on. Ecustom arranged for pick up of defective hitch and failed to give me a tracking number. They then stated they never received it and I need a tracking number in order to get a refund. I have called Amazon to help resolve and my credit card company is disputing the charge. We needed this Labor Day wknd to take a boat out of the water. Thank goodness we had a back up plan. Still waiting for resolution. Save yourself months of time and headache. Look at all the reviews and order elsewhere! "
"Ordered part thru Walmart.com, it didn't fit the truck model as advertised. I contacted both sellers and they both said I had to contact the other. Walmart wont deal with it and ecustomhitch wont answer phone or emails.
I have tried for 6 months to get a refund or even someone who answer the phone."
"Like others reported here they sent a $3 tube of silicone sealant rather than the $92 CTEK 7002 battery charger I ordered. Contacted them and they said, though they filled the order with the wrong item I needed to contact Jet.com (whom I ordered from). I did so and Jet.com working the matter now. "
